I stopped in today couldn’t get break lights off and Joey the store manager came out checked some things told me what is was and even put the new part in for me we offered to pay him and he wouldn’t take money. The best customer service I’ve had in a long time. He didn’t hesitate at all and very polite. Thank you so much Joey. I was so stressed.

I ordered 1 Haynes manual for my car at around 4pm. I kept an eye on the app to see if it had been processed yet.Around 6pm I was in the area and thought I'd stop in and get the status of the order. I was thinking at that point that it must've needed to be ordered because I hadn't heard anything. Tried to verify that info with the app and couldn't find anything stating that. So, I'm thinking maybe they picked it and the all was slow to update. Nope.I walked in and asked about it. The guy walked over and grabbed it off the shelf. Now why did I have to wait for 2 hours for 1 item that was 10 feet from the computer?A complex order? Absolutely would understand it. But 1 book? Not a very impressive system/setup.Don't get me wrong. The gentleman was friendly and helpful. He gets 5⭐. My issue is with the online ordering process. 3⭐.
