While they were out of the products I needed; Tony did a great job in making sure I received the parts. 1. He offered the upgrade (it cost a lil more, but hey) & 2. He contacted a nearby store for another part. The experience was great.

Have always had great experiences at this store. On this day in particular, I had a fellow be pretty rude to a fellow associate who was trying to give good customer service. Dude with braids needs to go back to class, his hair twisted too tight on his head. Spend my money elsewhere… thanks.

They were able to get me a set of body mount bushings for a 70 gmc for a decent price pretty quick no one else could get them without me having to order them online through Amazon or a restoration site

National chain, so it's like the Walmart of auto parts stores. That is good and bad sometimes but with that being said... the folks that work at this AutoZone are really nice and helpful. I like this store.

They need more workers. Each customer needs/questions take a long time for them to try to give them the help they need. They only had 2 employees. I had to wait a long time to be helpful. Once they got to me, the person who helped me was the most friendly and attentive.

The workers are usually too busy to assist. Last visit was uncomfortable. There was a manager and assistant at the counter, I needed to check out and needed help with a part. The two managers continued to talk to one another about another employee that did not show up. One manager called that employee and that manager passed the phone to the manager helping me. It was as if I was not there wanting to purchase anything.

Given the wrong part. When I came back they told me I had to go to another store to get part. Went to other store and was told I had to come back to this store to return it. Have to wait 3-5 business days for credit and she didn’t apologize for my inconvenience.

The manager sold me a bad piece an when I asked her about it she told me a it was good knowing it was bad an sold me another piece that she said would go with it an that was a lie she also acted like I was bothering her to begin with then another customer came in an asked her how she was doing an she told him she ain't killed nobody yet even asked her about the part an she told him the same thing she told me about the part that it didn't come with the nut it's supposed to come with
