Just like Thompson Rd, they never have parts in stock that their site says they do. Or they just don't know how to find them because they aren't trained to work in a parts store. Save yourself time and stupidity. Go somewhere else.

This has got to be the worst Auto Zone I have been to in the city of Indianapolis. The employees were rude not helpful for anything and if I was the owner I sure would have let these employees go for their behavior. I would have never tolerated a customer to be treated this way when I owned my business. Customer Service is 80% of your business it all starts there and your employees are the ones you let represent the business so make sure you train them well and they have some kind of an idea about cars and car parts next time.

It seems like anybody can work at AutoZone nowadays. Nobody in the store could identify proper tools or do anything about cars needing repair. I understand that they sell car parts but there should be at least a couple of them that has some kind of knowledge of how to fix a car at least the most common things. What's the point of actually being in an auto shop store? No one really listened to me about my problem or tried to help me in a more satisfactory and physical manner. I left getting nothing and my problem still exists. Thanks AutoZone.

Came here at 8:15 and doors were locked. Google hours say they open at 7:30. Complete waste of time, now Amazon prime gets my order.

Very helpful and smooth experience. Assisted me with a battery replacement on my '18 Jeep Grand Cherokee dispite it being 1 hour till close and my difficult/abnormal battery location- under the passenger seat. Would recommend ??

My husband and I had to stop in cause our turn signal bulb wasn't working right. It was acting like it had a short in it somewhere. My husband has ALOT of health issues, that's why he didn't fix it himself, but the employee helped us out and cleaned what he could out of the light bulb socket, put a new bulb in, and now it seems to be working good.

I stopped in to purchase a tail light for my car. The associate that assisted me was awesome! Not only did she help me choose the correct bulb. She also assisted with putting it in so that I did not have to drive around with a tail light out. I will definitely go back to that store for other car needs. I was at the AutoZone at Franklin Road and Southeastern, store # 4564.
