Save yourself the trouble and go to the store in Carmel off Michigan. The worst AutoZone in the Indianapolis area. The guys behind the counter have no idea what they were doing and they will also question your return even if you have a receipt and it's under warranty please still, we'll make it a hassle.

We have a commercial account with these guys and honest to god the worst service hands down !! Always on hold for 15-20 minutes at a time, if I get ahold of someone my orders are screwed up and they don’t care about being punctual and professional at all !!! Thousands of dollars we spend with them but never again thanks !

Ordered online, waited 20 minutes for them to “find the parts” lethargically complaining about having to look for them. Ultimately got nothing had to ask for a refund even though their inventory claimed to have the parts online and was prepaid. Save your time and go absolutely anywhere else. Management a joke, employees a joke

Unable to find a small enough reflective windshield screen for my Chevy S-10 pickup at the department stores, I asked a kind clerk, Linda at the Michigan Rd Auto Zone. She directed me to the ProElite Pop-up Sunshade (standard size). It was perfect! And that despite the wrong dimension printed in the carton.
I keep learning the lesson to go to the pros in the first place.

Recently, I had a headlight that was out on my car. I went into AutoZone (and Marco and his team) did an amazing job - above and beyond expectations! Not only did they determine owners manual had a incorrect bulb replacement number in it, but they helped replace the bulb on the spot. Great customer service - I'll be back.
