My Mom brought her Puppy in to be Spayed. The personnel at the front desk, the nurses & Doctor whom we met were all friendly and seemed like they really cared about our Puppy.

My poor baby has a broken tail and I've had to visit them a couple times a week for a month now. Their care is impeccable. The drop off visits are so convenient for my schedule and the thoughtful options they discuss with me for the future of her tail are great instead of going straight for amputation

Very disappointed I have called 3 times in 2 days about getting my dog seen. The lady at the front desk has been nice she's told me she has let the vet know 3 times about my concerns for my animal no one has called me back very unprofessional I recommend if you're looking for a caring vet that really cares about your pets and will call you back don't go there

I've always had a great experience with Banfield. If I had any complaints, it's their habit of waiting until they bring your frantic pet back to you to then have extensive, complicated conversations with you regarding medications, dosing schedules, test results, etc etc... It's REALLY hard to pay attention AND corral an animal.

Once again a sick baby. Once again Banfield to our rescue. One of our kittens came down sick. He was taken care of, tested for everything. And all were negative. Loss of appetite, weight loss of course. We'd been force feeding him water, small amounts of food, milk. He had a high fever he was fighting on his own. Since he was negative for everything, and was fighting, the decision was made to let him continue to fight with strict supervision. He pulled through, just in time for scheduled surgery. Has all his energy and has proven, he is a fighter!

I had a 9am drop off visit. Dropped my pup off at 9am, around 12pm. I called to see why it was taking so long for them to do a simple 10min exam to check for fleas. I was told they were busy and someone would contact me. It’s now 3pm no call. I called back to see what was going on. I was told to hold. I waited 30mins and no one came on the phone. I started calling back and no one picked up. Now 4pm I’m worried.I go up there to see what was going on. They tell me, oh you have two options. You can bring her back tomorrow or it’s going to be about 30min to do the exam. They had my dog locked in a kennel from 9am-4pm. No food, water or bathroom break. So I said exam her I will wait. In 5mins the girl comes out and said they don’t see anything but I told them i took a live flea off of her earlier that morning. We were there two weeks prior and they said it was allergies and I paid $73 for some meds that didn’t stop the itching and the office visit. They tried to sell me the same medication again. I’m telling them it’s fleas not allergies. Help us with a flea solution. She couldn’t tell me what to do. So I had to pay another $42.00 for them to hold my dog in a kennel for 7hrs and literally a 5min exam. My dog was shaking so bad when the lady brought her out. It made me sad. Also the front desk girl with the greenish color hair has no sympathy AT ALL. Needless to say I’m still trying to find a way to help my dog with the itching.***UPDATE.. So I decided to get her groomed today and the groomer saw fleas and flea dirt in her paws. Why is it the doctor didn’t see this yesterday???I will be reporting this to someone higher up.

While the location I've been taking my dogs to isn't close, everyone here is always welcoming. My dogs are showered with attention. Getting in when my schedule allows is also possible with their prime membership.

I use to take my pets here years ago. Our dog had to be put down in 2008 and he was the last one until 2018 when we started getting more cats. I knew our vet had left from here and I was a little nervous coming back not knowing any of the staff. We had a vet closer to us but they were too expensive and just didn't seem to click with them. So I switched back. Oreo saw Dr. P and she was awesome with her. She needed a dental but I was sure she had asthma and wanted her checked before putting her under. She was very thorough in telling me that she thought my assumptions were correct and what things to change at home to help her. Scheduled x-rays to make sure it will be safe to put her under. I trust her like I did with Dr. D when he was there. Their wellness packages are very reasonable and makes it easier to spread things out similar to a credit card account.

This place is terrible. It is the only close one and although I do enjoy wellness plans... This location is dreadful. I absolutely hate coming here. Everything about it is poorly ran from the ground up. Have never had a worse experience with a business and they could not care in the slightest.

So this vet office is extraordinary, they are on the pricier side but being a chain of vet offices it makes sense seeing they prices change with the economy. But I have five animals total and they are on all of the wellness plans which is the best bang for your buck other than that their prices on surgeries and other tests are a bit pricey but for general health wellness for your pet they are the place to go
