I’ve had items ordered and paid for with financial aid that never arrived. I’ve also had items needed for a class but not available in store or online until an instructor would have to complain weeks into the class about it. Overall communication is slow and rough, to put it nicely.

They have materials although specialty materials like lab kits will have to be ordered from ft Wayne bookstore

This review is just an update for what has happened to the bookstore at ivy tech.They have some game stuff, organizers, calculators, notebooks, and book pick up. Also the bookstore no longer sells books for classes they are now provided with tuition and you just have to place and order for it.

I've ordered stuff through financial aid and never received it. Have received some items although staff doesn't always seem to know the right way to do certain things.
