Gift card balances: This has now happened twice! I have added a gift card to the app, and then BOOM, the balance is $0. The first time was about two years ago and was roughly over $250s in gift cards that had $0 balances two days later, but I made NO purchases. Now it's happened again. I added 2 GCs on 2/25/25, have not shoped or made any purchases, and today 2/27/25 balances are $0!!! And my rewards keep being used at out of state stores! I've changed PW several times. Over the FRAUD.

The store was packed and we asked someone to help us with some confusion over a coupon that we had. We were told to go figure it out. We would have bought more stuff but we couldn't find a basket or anyone to assist to answer questions bc they were too busy.

I'm giving 1 star for their oversees Customer service, and i called Corporate which argued with me for 30 minutes. I shop here often, which is about every sixty days. Which, to me is a good consumer, considering the fact that we really don't need it, but we love it. The Employees that work here are superb. The Wifi at the Southport store sucks according to the staff, and I agree. Corporate will not resolve my complaint. Reach out....I'll tell you

This is by far my favorite location. It’s Always clean and put together. Employees are friendly and helpful. I had a pleasant experience with I believe her name is Shannon she was extremely helpful and so nice, she was knowledgeable about all the new scents and helped me make my final decision!
