Tried to recycle a box of lithium and led acid batteries I'd be collecting for some time. DIckhead behind the counter told me no. I should just throw them away. That's what I get for recycling. F U Batteries +

The older gentleman was very respectable, funny and kind 5 Stars 🤩 The young manl very unprofessional immature didn't even finish putting the key fob back together before he ran to the back and was talking on the phone. Thursday, April 24th, 2025.

Jessie was great! Assisted me twice 2day and both times he was very friendly & fast with his service. The other employees were great too! And I like that they change batteries in your watches and you can get a lifetime warranty on them too.

“I had a very disappointing experience at Batteries and Bulbs on Pendleton Pike. After an employee replaced the battery in my Michele watch, it still wasn’t working properly. The employee admitted that they are not supposed to open Michele watches and even showed me a list of watches they were not to touch, with Michele on the list. After taking the watch to the back, it was still not keeping time. I was told to take it elsewhere for repair and promised reimbursement, but I never received a follow-up. Overall, the customer service was lacking, and I would not recommend this store.”

I had an incredible experience at Batteries Plus From start to finish, the process of getting my phone repaired was seamless. I walked in with a cracked screen and a battery that barely held a charge, and they had my phone looking and working like brand new in no time!
The staff was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely friendly. They took the time to explain the repair process, gave me an accurate estimate, and got to work right away. The repair itself was quick and hassle-free, and the quality of the workmanship was top-notch. My phone hasn’t worked this well in years!
