I stopped by to get the batteries replaced in both my Corvette and Jeep key fobs. The employees were super friendly, helped me out right away, and had everything done in under 5 minutes. My keys started working like new again. On top of that, the price was very reasonable. Fast, affordable, and excellent customer service — definitely recommend.

I've had nothing but excellent experiences with Batteries Plus off of County Line Road in South Indy.
Their service technicians are very personable, friendly, and helpful. They provide excellent customer service, and are always willing to go the extra mile to help you out.
The prices for their repairs are extremely reasonable compared to other places that do cell phone repairs. For example, I got a SIM card reader re-installed for less than $20, when other places would charge $40 - $60 for the same service.
I love their watch battery replacement program, where you pay around $25, and you get a lifetime replacement of watch batteries for the particular watch you paid the lifetime battery replacement for.
That location has earned a very loyal customer with me, and I highly recommend them to anybody else.
These people know how to create and foster repeat business.

After Ubreak repair store couldnt repair my phone same day with 2.5 hrs left in their day this place was able to hook me up. No hassle in and out in 45 minutes with a new cellphone screen. Way more convenient and professional than the local phone repair stores.

Really good service. Really nice, friendly, and knowledgeable workers. I was calling around to find the best price for another key fob copy for my car. They had the best price and quick response. Every other business needed me to come in first or started off obscenely high prices for not even the full product. I was able to just go in once the workers shipping in a fob. They were able to get it programmed within 30 mins. Probably could have been faster but their computer wasn’t connecting right per the worker. But really fast work for the situation. They were able to cut a new key as well. 100% recommend the store!

Mike and Josh were extremely helpful.
