I went in knowing what I was looking for, a 4Runner, but I wasn’t quite sure yet. I got to work with Terry Singh, and he was incredibly knowledgeable and make me comfortable making the purchase. He went above and beyond to make sure I was getting a good deal and even threw in some Chocolate as thanks for doing business. I would highly recommend working with Terry if you are looking for a car with Hubler!

I purchased a new vehicle from Hubler Toyota this weekend, and couldn't have been more pleased with the experience. My salesman, Garen, was exceptional--he had the car ready to go when I got to the dealership, made the process really simple overall, and had me out of there within 2 hours. Had an overall great experience at Hubler Toyota for the lease of a new Tundra. From the initial greeting, through understanding what I was looking for in my Tundra and driving it off the lot, Terry Singh was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and kind throughout the process. Derek Kemmerlin was a great help in looking outside of Hubler for possible options to meet my needs for the new Tundra and finalizing the deal. I highly recommend working with Terry for a new Toyota and hope to keep doing business with him and Hubler in the future for my routine maintenance needs and a new truck when the time comes.

I usually don't post on reviews but this is ridiculous. This is the second time in 4 months that I came to this service location. Each time has been a six hour wait. The first was just for a tire rotation and a patch. Took 6 hours! Not acceptable. That was in July 2025, as they were having a Hubler Celebration.
This time November, my appointment was at 8am. We are going on hour 5 for an oil change, tire replacement, and alignment. I work in the Diesel world and this is not acceptable time in a service shop. I was just told that the shop is on lunch now.
Last time here unfortunately. Not sure what happen to the service shop but it has went downhill in the past 2 years.

Joe, sales person, was on used side. I started out exploring used and through conversation with Joe ended up buying new. Joe was knowledgeable of the vehicles I was exploring, able to answer all questions, including purchase options to best meet my needs as the buyer. I have since my purchase recommended Toyota and specifically Joe, as the sales person to deal with to friends.

We bought a 2026 Toyota Sequoia Platinum and all I can say is the customer service from the whole team was amazing. Our salesman Garen was the best. He walked us through everything and the communication was the best. We are so thankful to him and the whole Hubler team.

Terrible sales people, took my van in, to check trade in value. After an hour, they refused to give my van back, pressured me to accept a crappy deal. I had to threaten with calling the police, only then they returned my mini-van. I will never go back there and advise my friends and family to stay away from this dealership.

Had a great experience purchasing a Tundra this week at Hubler. Brian Aguilar was great to work with on the sales side and we were able to work out a great deal. The financing process with Joey Sterba was quick and painless. Entire process was easy and I appreciated there was zero pressure for any add-ons. Was a much different experience than another Toyota dealership we visited in our search. Definitely reach out to Brian if you are looking for a Toyota.

Lost My Deposit After Dealership Sale, Zero Accountability or Resolution
I put a deposit down on a car with the original dealership before it was sold to Hubler. Since the sale, I am no longer purchasing a car and have been trying to get my deposit back, but Hubler claims they have no record of my money.
I provided a bank statement as clear proof of the transaction, yet I am being strung along. Manager Anthony promised to call me directly and sort this out, but I have followed up three times since then with no return call or resolution.
This is more than poor service; it's a failure to honor a financial commitment left by the previous business, which Hubler is now responsible for. Losing a customer's money and then ignoring their attempts to resolve it, even with proof, is completely unacceptable. Avoid doing business here until they can demonstrate basic financial integrity and customer service
