I have been very patient and have tried to give ICC every opportunity to fix their blunders but I am at an impasse with this company. The installer cut too large of a hole for the floor register and made an unsightly patch. I asked if he needed the HVAC PPL to mark it and he said no. It was right below the floor and he would have known if he measured. ICC will not order a custom register that would cover up the patch and avoid the risks of further damage by taking up a board under molding and near the entry. They want me to inherit the risk of creating more damage to my home rather than order a Hundred dollar register. Since I have experienced a number of problems that were a result of poor workmanship with ICC, I am not going to let them start pulling up the floor. Ironically, an ICC rep who looked at it,agreed with my solution. Almost three months later, I had to email AGAIN about completing warranty work almost almost a year over due. This was just one of many problems.

Brad at Benjamin Moore in Carmel, West 96th St., is one of the most knowledgeable, helpful sales associates I've had the good fortune to find. My daughter in-law recommended Benjamin Moore for a large home remodel project and literally every product I've tried there has out performed any that I've used in the past. Highly recommend this store!

My husband and I are remodeling an entire house so it's nice that ICC has so much in one place. The employee who answered our paint questions was so helpful in advising us on purchasing decisions. They also have the largest selection of Luxury Vinyl Plank that we've been able to find in Indianapolis (this was the sixth store we visited!).
