Went to pick something up on New Year's Eve. Found no one at customer service or the pickup area inside. Found a group of people that had been waiting an hour for grocery pickup and then were told that their orders had been cancelled. They had a lot of staff around but only half appeared to be working.

This plaza has 2 great eateries, Chef D's and Taco Tamale Shop not to forget an ice cream shop La Michoacana!! Great location, easy access for these places. Downside is the roads they are filled with dangerous pot holes.
