Best buy was a great experience. I was able to come in and go to the section I wanted to and look where I wanted to look to see my item. I found the people that work that were very helpful and everything worked out all right I got. Got a new laptop. Actually I found the laptop in the cleaners area so that made the purchase even better. It was gently used and they took off quite a bit for it

I bought a television yesterday from Open Box Manager and one of their workers treated me very well, they sold me the television and I took it home at that very moment I placed it on my wall and when I turned it on I saw that it was broken from the screen the next day I go to the store and the manager and the Employee who had sold it to me told me we can't do anything for you because you took it and if you took it it is your problem if it broke if we had taken it and It would have been bad if we could change it. I told him that the receipt said it had a 14-day return guarantee. He told me yes but not bankrupt and that he was sorry but he couldn't do anything for me and I went home disappointed. I called Customer. Service and they told me that they had to change it for me no matter who had taken it home, whether they or I on my own, but that I had 14 days to change it or get my money back, I went to the store again and one of them The same people from Customer Service told the general manager of the store to change it for me. He didn't have to say no because their policy is 14 days of guarantees regardless of how the product broke. The manager told him no, he couldn't do it. nothing and that he was sorry so the Customer Service person told me he recommended that I please go to another store and that he was sure that in the other store they would change it because the manager of that store if he said no that's how it would go So at that moment I went to another store in the other store they didn't ask me anything they just told me leave it here and we'll go get another one you want and that's how it was I went to grab another one just like it and they didn't ask me anything so the experience With this 80-year-old old man, the manager of the Best Buy in Washington, it was bad, he seems to have preference with his own people, so I hope that the dollar he earned on my purchase lasts him 80 years longer than the ones he has, it's a The old man was trash and I told him at that moment that he could help me only that he didn't want to help me The mere fact that he was not of the same race
