I came shopping for a new vehicle, but also have a slow leak due to minor damage in one of my rims which a service guy couldn't give me a yay or nay about being able to fix it, rambling on about how it's not repairable and not having a rim replacement, so I found a vehicle on the parking lot for sale and after 20 minutes a sales rep showed up, got in a vehicle next to me and drove off and return 10 minutes later and parked the vehicle and just walked away as if I wasn't even there. So I guess these vehicles are for sale and nobody is working today ?

I have bought 2 suburbans from Bill Estes and have had almost all my service done there. I made an appointment for today March 13, 2023 at 11 am for a minor oil leak. I don't have another driver in my househoso I asked for a shuttle back home as they would likely keep the vehicle (which is what I have always done). The scheduler said they only shuttled 10 miles and my house was 12 miles away. She would check and get back to me if they couldn't do it since I had been a loyal customer for 20 years. As I walked out the door this morning, on my day off from work, I called to confirm and I had no appointment - cancelled without even letting me know. No creativity - like we charge $5 per mile after 10 since gas is expensive. No nothing. Really appreciate (not) the follow-through and the business loyalty to the customer. Susan M

Don't expect the coupons for the services to be anywhere near what they are listed. I paid $8.83 for "shop supplies" for an oil change/tire rotation. This is new as I have never had this before - what shop supplies are needed to change oil and rotate tires? They weren't very busy so I didn't wait too long (like others have) but they did try to sell extra services including an alignment based on mileage (had one recently and tires weren't wearing oddly). The best part of the experience was Barry who has always been attentive and customer oriented. The customer service has been cut back dramatically and the prices keep rising - not the best experience.

My salesman Eric Beeler was very knowledgeable and professional. The dealership is very clean. Has great coffee and drinks. Service department is very well organized. I highly recommend this place for your New Camaro! I was going to buy a Corvette, but, waiting 2 years was not for me. Thanks for a great experience!

The car service here are a bunch of crooks. I took my 2013 Cruze in because my service Traction Control, and StabiliTrak warning messages came on. They ran a diagnosis and said I need to change my acceleerator pedal, spark plugs, and ignition coil and my problem would be fixed. Over a $1,000 in repairs. Not even a week later I'm having the same thing happening. Take it back to them. Run another diagnosis. Said my battery was bad and the negative battery cable needed to be replaced. Had a lot of battery corrosion. Why wasn't this found on the first diagnosis over a week ago? Pretty sure that corrosion didn't just happen in a week. Red Flag. $425 to repair not including taxes and labor. So maybe close to $600. I didn't have the repair done. Took my car home and clean off all the corrosion on the battery as well as the cable. Couples days after doing that, haven't had a problem. Took it to a NAPA Car Center. They said yes the battery needs to be replace but your cable is fine. You don't need to spend money that you don't need too. $265 for the repairs at NAPA. Again this dealership are a bunch of crooks. Do your research on other smaller car centers. You'll get honest diagnosis and won't have to pay ridiculous amounts to get your car fixed right.
