I requested help for an account from that bank and I see that the service I received was very good. I cannot complain. A lady of Latin origin helped me open it without any problem and without much documentation. In my opinion, it seemed very good and the customer service helped me. It seemed excellent when I had problems with the mobile application it helped me solve the problems even on the same day I requested help several times from customer service and they helped me without any problem

I just called into this location to get help with an overdrawing in my acct. I was hung up on by some RUDE, HISPANIC lady. Don’t work a customer service job if you can’t give good service. Hanging up on customers is not okay. Get a new job.

This is a very unprofessional bank. I went to talk to someone about updating my account, that person did not try to help me . They just wanted to rush me along. Went today to deposit money in my account via the atm machine and I can't even do that. Once I am done with my checks I will be switching to another bank.

Says closed for coming in but drive through is open until 530pm. They all left at 4. This is very annoying for those of us working in healthcare when you skip out on your duties. If we skip out on ours people get hurt or die with this virus going around. Will never come to this location again.

The banker was nice but she was so nice she was more interested in talking about Spotify and things on the App Store with a customer than doing her job even when someone was waiting. The banker then said “she's just being nice.†Correct...she was being nice and not being productive at the same time.

The corporate line has now lied to me 3 times, on recorded calls. If you actually want to use the money banked, do not use BMO Harris.
