It's about a 50/50 shot whether the ATM is actually functional. I've never had such a poor experience like I have with BMO regarding ATMs. It's about time to find another bank.

I love banking here ! I’ve never had a long wait . The tellers are very helpful! The mangers that open your accounts are wonderful! I don’t know why this branch doesn’t have 5 stars !

Literally only have ONE worker in this branch. I needed a cashiers check and withdrawal. The worker only cared about taking care of the window customers. I left because I don’t have all afternoon to wait for someone to even address me and my needs. I decided I’ll at least get cash out the ATM that I need. You guessed it the ATM was out of service! I had to go across the street and pay a fee to use a different ATM. I keep having horrible experiences with BMO. I will be switching banks!

Trying to get a home equity line of credit is like trying to not pay taxes. My money is good enough to keep in their bank, but I'm not good enough to use their money for my needs. I will be closing my account with them as soon as possible and moving on. And another thing. I still can't pay bills online through the bmo website.

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever received at a bank. The manager Dane Dewitt was rude and unconcerned with the issue I was having. I decided to close my account , at the end of the transaction instead of handing my ID and debt cards back to me he tosses them across the counter. I asked for his managers information and he refused to give me the information. This is not how you do business on any level,very unprofessional!
