This has been my personal bank since childhood and I greatly appreciate all of their efforts and work to make it a wonderful service.We have gone in for notary services, exchanging money for trips overseas, everyday check cashing and withdrawals and asking financial questions when we can't seem to figure out what needs to happen. The staff is always friendly and helpful and seem to always be smiling.This trip we were helping friends newly arrived in the country to get a bank account. Our staff member k ew just what to do and was so through and helpful. She made the day of our friends as they felt as if it was the start of a new life! Plus she gave them personal stories and anecdotes that helped pass the time during paperwork completion.We can highly recommend this bank and all of their services!

I have banked with BMO and the banks that they took over - 42 years. I am shocked at how rinky-dink that this bank has become. I cannot believe how LONG that you are going to be basically shut down during the changeover. My husband banks with CHASE - when CHASE made huge changes, my husband did not lose his banking services for 2 weeks, with no mobile at all, and did not have to reenter all of his bill pay. I still have one account with CHASE - I AM CHANGING OVER TOMORROW. Forget this crap that BMO is pulling. I will advice my friends to do the same. You need to fire your tech department - are they in Kindergarten?

Today was weird. Got in bank all tellers at lunch. The one teller came out. Still chewing her food. Very rude to be me. She was probably not done from her lunch. I will use the Harris bank on Emerson from now on.
