After being victims of check fraud I want to compliment everyone involved for getting our money back in our account and in just a little over 90 days it was replaced I was told that is the norm on check fraud anyway money back in our account again thank you

We have had a long term relationship with BMO at the North Willow Branch in Indianapolis. Their customer service is excellent and they have never failed to help when we needed them. They have also provided us with knowledgeable and sound financial advice.

I get things done pretty quickly but they are rude to their customers. Whether it be about what the customer is wearing or how they speak or even the the day the customer chooses to come in! I came in to open an account an hour and 30 minutes before they closed in the Associates continued to make fun of me for coming in on a Friday afternoon to open an account. they weren't even whispering! I've worked in customer service before, I understand what it feels like when you only want to go home but a customer comes in. but even if you do have something to say at least whisper! they are very disrespectful... I wish I had opened my account at another bank. I strongly recommend going to a different branch than this one.
