Not sure if it’s this branch in particular, but I know it’s BMO Harris. I called beginning of April to try to get some financial help. The lady said it was fine to skip my payment, they will add a payment to the end of the loan, and I’ll just have a late me the next month. They called just a couple days ago saying my account was passed due and they can’t actually help financially. Seems like a problem on their end, not mine. So now I have to pay a late fee every single month because of THEIR mistake

Horrible bank in both customer service and overall efficiency as a bank. Numerous times they have screwed up my direct deposit with my work and have been horrible customer service agents. The bank manager Craig is particularly rude and rarely does anything to help as a customer service rep. Sue is equally awful and thinks she is always right and has no respect. I've never met a more unfriendly woman in my life. She is disgusting. I will finally be ending my service with them and will be looking to go to PNC Bank. I am already pleased and less stressed out with what I have experienced with them. I will never recommend this partuparti branch and BMO Harris in general. Definitely seek service elsewhere if you don't want to pull your hair out every week and you just want a good bank and experience, I can't stress this enough.

I wish there was a zero star option. I joined this,â€Bank†about a month ago and I have to be honest this bank has the worst customer service I have ever encountered. Serveral things that were discussed with the branch manager before I opened the account were not done after I opened the account. For this I received a $36 overdraft fee because my account was negative $1.50 for less than an hour. Don't bank here, you've been warned!
