I came to this branch to get a new card and the white lady named Rachel that was supposed to assist me. Racially profiled me, refuse to give me card to my own account and immediately ushered the security to walk me out for absolutely no reason. All because she asked about my address and I told her that my residence is different from my mailing address. I believe there was a misunderstanding in communication but this white lady treated so madly, I couldn’t even get a word out. Then I went to the beach I opened my account in for them to help me and this lady has put a lock on my account. I can’t get access to my own money to buy my child food. I don’t have any means and bmo has refused to give me my money.

Friendly staff and management leave me feeling like I'm banking in a small town. Security guard can be grouchy and bossy though.

Tuesday afternoon I bank with BMO and I wanted to deposit my daughter's child support payments in our savings account two different locations East Washington Street and 14th and shadeland could not get the money off my card to put in my account why have a bank account if I have to go to a ATM to pull my money off my cards because you're not able to do so do your system failures disheartened outraged hurt in my body can't stand long hurting in my body on disability I got to go to a ATM to put some money in my savings account cuz you can't withdraw the money off this way to go card thank you but I can't withdraw or cancel or I'll be penalized I just want to know if I was Spanish or white that problem will never happen today Thursday took my cash app card to Kroger's to get my money off cuz they don't deal with cash app cards just to put a little cash in my savings account would have been bigger if y'all had to let me put my daughter's child support payments in thanks

Absolutely ridiculous that when I visit this ATM it's often unable to accept deposits. Very inconvenient and ridiculous. Do better.

I've been banking at this location since I bought a house in the area. The offer a fee free checking account that I use along with savings and HSA. Though I just opened my HSA last year and got a notice this year they would be selling it off to another company which is kind of annoying but nothing serious. The staff there has always been friendly to me. Any issues I may have had were resolved promptly. Their phone app is fairly easy and intuitive to use.
If I had to be critical at this point - I wish it was easier to get to on my bike. The location on shadeland is a bit nerve racking on two wheels. I hate driving my car there as it's just a few blocks away from my house and it's a water of gas but that's nit picking at this point.
If my experiences with them change I will likely come back and edit this post but for the last 4 or 5 years they have been fine.

The employees at this particular location are very friendly and I think that's one reason why I continue to bank through BMO. However, BMO alone has been a complete joke over the past year. Their banking system is jacked. They continue to charge my account overdraft fees repeatedly but it's not in the negative and that's frustrating. I've had the employees try to explain it to me as to why im charged these fees but it just makes no sense to me.

I tried making a deposit, Cash, in the atm and the machine malfunctioñed and kept my money without a deposit to my account. A screen note suggested I see the teller. I was told It would benext Thursday, which at the time would be 7 days, until the machine could be serviced. If the machine shows an overage I will get my money back. Bad business. Not sure if I will see my money, no guarantees.

I am very upset right now. I work Monday-Friday 8am-6pm so the only time I can speak to someone at the bank is on Saturdays. I call and ask for the manager Jennifer and she’s never there. I have tried to call on a couple days during the week because I got off work early and she had already left for the day. I am really trying to get in touch with her and it’s hard to catch her at work. I tried again today and she called off again. Can someone please email me back. I would appreciate it thank you.
