I just needed a debit card printed. I had already waited for some time in line to be assisted. Then was told to have a seat and waited about another 10 15 minutes when someone finally responded to my need she ask what can she help me with not having no idea why I was sitting in her bank. She proceeded to say she will print it. I waited for about additional 5 minutes before receiving my card. Is that too long to wait? Even when at one point you were the one customer in the bank.

So let's start with the fact my information has been stolen MULTIPLE times this year alone. Both personal and my business. They DO NOT give you your money back on the business cards or accounts. Leaving you and your business totally screwed if fraud happens. So after Monthly, more than one card keeps being compromised they will convince you to get a credit card and then sign up for all their stuff. THAT INFO GETS STOLEN TOO. Then again refuse to give you your money back. Not helping you at all. Only helping them. They don't care about you. They just want your money. They will crash your credit multiple times and do not have your best interest in mind at all.Monthly I have to make trips to this place to have my cards redone. I keep them locked and do all the things they tell you. However even with a LOCKED CARD and EXPIRED cards they let transactions go through then charge you a bunch of fees even though it's their fault your info was stolen again.

Want a bank who doesn't care about their customers? Want a bank that will randomly close your accounts without notice? Want a bank that will reverse your payments, mismanage your money, take over 3 business days to process payments? The list goes on! If you are looking for a reckless gamble, horrible customer service and zero accountability then look no further than BMO!! This institution should not be in business. Zero stars.

This bank is ridiculous. The lady behind the dash was able to close my acct because I gave her an attitude. They withheld my funds for a week. Go to navy federal or we’ll Fargo because this bank is trying the best to take customers money ,

The woman answered the phone was rude and just said hello and it was 30 min Before time for them to close she said call customer service she couldn’t pull my account up i knew something was wrong the BMO downtown gives me no problem only the highschool road.
