I went in to just browse, ended up finding a couch that caught my eyes. I loved how it looked and the price it was at. All the sales associate were busy so I went to the desk and asked for help. Carrie the Store Manager was busy, but took the time to help me set up my purchase. I ended up purchasing a couch, coffee table and server. She was so helpful and gave me the space to browse the store to add on to my purchase. She was so awesome throughout the process!! Thank you again Carrie for taking good care of me!

The sales person that assisted us was Emmanuel he was gracious and helped us find our perfect living room furniture. Very knowledgeable ones exactly where things were and was extremely pleasant throughout our visit. I will always return to Bob's Furniture for future needs. It relived so much stress from us. After going to multiple furniture companies no one can compare to our experience at Bob's. Their webiste was exactly what we saw at the store. We give them a 10/10 just an awesome experience

Will NEVER buy with this company again! Spent over 7 grand, and had a whole house remodel pick out that we were doing in 3 month intervals. The delivery driver couldn't find our house so just didn't show up even though I was on the phone with the support team in my car driving to meet them where the were ( less and 1/2 mile away.) They gave me a total of 2 mins and said too bad they were moving on. I GAVE THEM MULTIPLE REMEDY OPTIONS.. I had already sold/gotten rid of all my old furniture so my im left with nothing. They said it would be Tuesday before they could return,then they said no just kidding now it's Wednesday( in an email, no phone call.) Manager from the store said they would call about compensation for the inconvenience. The ( different) manager was supposed to call and when he did he just said welp..sorry...nothing else just a another smack in the face. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I had a great experience with Beth. She was awesome actually all the staff that I ran into was nice and helpful. Beth helped me with all my needs and got me the furniture that I like ,thank you and personally I would recommend anybody to shop with Bob’s discount furniture.

Mr. Ricardo was so very helpful and kind. He is very informative about all the pieces I bought. He was so patience with me because my husband had a stroke and I had to have some things a certain way and Mr. Ricardo made it all happen for me. So Thank You for having such a great team player. Wonderful customer service, helped my husband & I find everything we wanted!! We are over the moon and cannot wait to get our new furniture delivered!! Carolyn was one of the best sales representatives that we have ever dealt with! She made the trip so much better!! The manager we dealt with, Deangelo was also very helpful & explained everything to us! We will definitely be coming back here for future purchases!
