I'm thankful. It's close to home. It has a variety of exercise equipment options for conditioning and strengthening.
I experienced heart surgery. I completed my cardiac rehabilitation appointments. Body Zone permits me to continue my necessary exercises.

Whenever I have been there - been plenty of room, everything clean, and well maintained.

Great facility. Never crowded. Plenty of equipment. My only complaint is that there never seem to be any hot water when I wanted to take a shower after a workout which would be convenient if I'm going to work or not going directly home after my workout.
