I visited the Bonobos Keystone store on July 3rd 2025. Bobby Brown was my sales clerk. I was very impressed with his knowledge of the stock and colors and pricing. So refreshing to meet someone in the clothing industry who knows men’s clothing. Bobby was also very friendly and professional. I purchased several items from him and will be returning in the future. Bobby was incredibly helpful and quick to act. We wanted to order some shirts, and he guided me through exactly what we needed, sent an invoice, and even applied a discount, all without us having to visit the store. The customer service at this location is truly A+. We've had some less-than-great experiences with Bonobos in the past, but working with Bobby was a standout experience. Whatever the occasion, stop by and ask for Bobby!

I’m a new customer to Bonobos but have been really impressed so far! I’ve done a few orders now, one had a miscommunication on a couple sizes and Bobby helped get it sorted out over a couple days and got everything right. Ordering things and not being able to walk out of the store with what you want is a little intimidating but it’s been a great experience! Really appreciate Bobby as well as Johnny helping me out!
