Needed a new sim card, salesman said that my phone Moto7 wouldn't take it, and wanted me to purchase a new phone! So I called Boost...the salesman was lying to me just to make a sale?I'll never go there again! And it's in my neighborhood

Sales representative seemed preoccupied even though I was the only customer in the store. Left very dissatisfied. Ended up ordering my new 5G phone online. Almost switched companies due to his lack of interest in helping me.

Bought a Bluetooth earset and broke after first time I used it and was told they couldn't replace it hot spot times not enough data no matter how much more you pay upgrading plan very disappointing after I've been with them since they opened the company and never missed a payment
