Just left the store and it’s closed! This store is never open during its business hours. The worker is always gone handling personal business when the store is supposed to be open. This has been going on for the full year that I have had this service please be aware.

I tried calling them and the customer service that I got over on the phone from the store manager was completely unacceptable try to get insurance on a phone and they said that you can't do it you have to get it with the purchase of the phone but we bought the phone online and customer service is the one that told us to go to a boost store and pay it you had to do it within the first 30 days now they are refusing to do it says that it's fraud and she wouldn't let me talk to her boss which she did say was standing right next to her she hung up on me I hope the owner of this store sees this and contacts me

I wish I could give zero stars … so my phones screen went out . The lady at this store lied and said Att took over and charged me 55.00 to take my SIM card out and put it in my old phone. I’ve been trying to reach a supervisor for 3 days… there’s no telling how many foreigners she has scammed out of money when I got my screen fixed they said that is terrible we won’t ever charge anyone to switch devices… especially to just swap sims. This is a greed issue. The only way to inform upper management is to write a review. Do better dirt will always be exposed

I had to get a new phone because my old one was messed up. If you need a new phone and assistance, ask for Nikki. She is very helpful and care about customers. She deserves a raise.
