These guys are great! They are very kind and genuinely care for their customers. When I had a problem with charging, they went through each possibility to diagnose the problem and were patient with all my questions about buying a new phone. They replace batteries and charger ports as well as fix other issues for a reasonable price. They also speak multiple languages so they can literally help almost anyone.

THE LAST HELPING ME WAS VERY NICE OR SO I THOUGHT....TURNS OUT SHE RIPPED ME OFF.... OVER CHARGED ME BLOCKED MY NUMBER WHEN I TRIED TO TELL THE MANAGER AND LIED AND SAID MULTIPLE AWFUL THINGS ABOUT ME WHICH I DIDN'T DO! I PAID 300 FOR A PHONE THAT $125. SUPPOSEDLY SHE CHARGED ME $88 FOR ACTIVATING THE PHONE THAT I DIDNT ASK HER TOO AN SHE DIDN'T EVEN ACTIVATE IT PROPERLY!!!! THEY ARE SCAMMERS DONT GO HERE

The man answering the phone today was so rude. He proceeded to speak to another customer while I was asking a question. Since he was not listening to me, I stopped talking and waited for him to finish his side conversation. When he finished, he said “helloooooo†and I began to ask my question again and he hung up on me! I'll be taking my new iPhone purchase to the boost up the road with the courteous customer service employee.
