Hispanic gentleman is always rude. Phone is completely shattered. Had an id and was in the store and he said they aren’t allowed to help customers who phone was broken. Man is absolutely the worst customer service EVER.

Helped process my phone insurance claim and connected the new phone . It took about 15 minutes both times, however I expected it to be longer than that.

I gave this store a 1, because I couldn't give them a 0. I am not a Boost customer, but I visited this store to purchase a phone for a friend who is. After carefully researching, I decided to purchase a Motorola Moto G 5G 2023 edition. I work nearby, so I stopped in the store after work. I told the manager what phone I wanted to purchase, and he told me that he had it in stock. I returned the next day with my friend. I told him that I wanted to buy the phone, and repeated the model name. At no time did he mention that there were several other models in that particular lineup of phones. Since I had already decided which oneI was buying, I had purchased a couple of nice cases from Amazon. He gets the phone activated and ready, and quotes me and upgrade price that sounded like a good deal. I paid for the phone, and went to my car to get the cases. When I tried to install theone of them, they did not fit! He had substituted a cheaper model in place of the one I had requested. When I returned to the store about the mistake, he refused to exchange the phone for the one I had asked for, saying it was basically the same phone, just a slightly different model. Little did I know at that time that the phone he gave me was $50 cheaper than the one I asked for. That was no deal for the price I paid! I'm stuck with the wrong phone, and a couple of cases that I can't use. I'd also like to mention that during the time I was there, 2 other customers came in and were complaining about the way he had treated them. Stay away!

Very hard to get any type of help in store. Do not go with boost. Go with someone else that will help you in the store. There warranty is also not any good they make you pay over half what the phone is valued at. Keep your money n go else where very rude workers.
