The boost store on s.keystone, would NOT recommend it, people there don't help,just want to sell another product, same goes for store on 31 and southern Ave. At least the lady at the greenwood store was nice. BUT I've been a customer for over 13 years and have decided that I'm going with another company

The guy working was very rude,I've always been on a family plan he tried saying that I was not, I've been through them for years last year have had nothing but problems with my service, will be definitely going to some where elesthrough a different provider.

Very rude. Idk for what reason, he started spraying like a air freshener or something right after I asked him questions about my account. That was very very insensitive and rude. If you're going to do something like that, at least wait for the customer to leave. I have medical issues that can cause odor and I take real offense to what he did. It upset me lot. I am definitely going to cancel my service with boost mobile. I was thinking about actually staying with them. But definitely absolutely not now.

While other boost stores refused to enroll me in the ACP PROGRAM! The young Lady at this location in Greenwood was not only extremely helpful, but smiled the entire time ! It was very delightful to have someone assist me knowing there was no commission or money involved!!!! Yet she did it with a smile! Thank you deeply an I think her name was Deja sincerely thank you

Sal was very friendly and helped with a phone I bought on the Boost app and wouldn't let me leave until my phone was up and running. Great service. Highly reccomend this Boost store.

I went into the store today to transfer my lines. Sejal was very helpful. She knew the products and plans inside and out and was able to curtail a product and plan just right for me. She made the process quick and painless. Thank you Sejal for your phenomenal customer service.

Been a boost customer for over 20 years. If u think the bureaucracy is bad at storefront just try paying your bill, having your phone break down, and attempting to obtain a refund. They are Jewish cheap and I switched to t-mobile

My service was disconnected after a representative failed to place me in the $50 a month plan and I was instead charged $3 a day for 15 day. Then when I tried calling in for support the representatives have placed me on long wait times and disconnected the call. This has been going on since 8:30am and it is now 2:30. The boost mobile call center representatives should be placed under investigation by their superiors. Odiously COVID is showing them to treat customers any kind of way and disconnect calls. We pay our money for services there is no way anyone should be treated like this.

The internet signal is always.The network get down so often.
