This guy doesn't care if you have insurance or been a loyal customer for a long time. If you need a phone replaced, he wants to price gouge, not let you make an insurance claim, and proceed to tell me a minimum of $100 and $35 to activate. All this while displaying upgrade and switching over prices on the counter of the store. Worst salesmanship ever. The young middle eastern kid. Can't be more than 30 years old. Find his replacement before you lose the store. Had to go to Ramseys boost store on the west side to get things done. All for less than $90 with a better phone and accessories.

Been a boost customer for many years bought a new boost phone about about month ago then the kid working the store tried to charge me $35 to activate new phone and switch over contacts and pics I told him that is a free service I've done it many times over last 15 yrs he just smiled and said nope $35 so I just walked out very rude will never do business at that store again and may just leave boost all together.

I went in to the store with one simple request... switch me over from metro to boost and give me a free phone... The agent lied about which plan i could i have... And put me on the highest plan after i said i did not want it... He gave me insurance after i repeatedly stated i did not want and sold me a case for 30 dollars after i said no repeatedly but agreed to but it for $15.... And on top off that didnt even have the phone i wanted so i had to drive across town after i already had paid him.... He was a deceitful thief and con man ... They should be put out of business. I am reporting this store/ company to the BBB after I post this review and also calling corporate. I also want to bring a class action lawsuit against this store and or company.

Best store I have ever been to. I moved from metro to boost did a portin and it went very well. Muhammad helped me set up my phone and transfer my stuff. A really recommend this place. Awesome guy!

I had my phone fixed by Muhammad. Even though it has terrible problems like call drops and Internet l. I was hyper and mad but he helped me fix it was calm, listening and interactive l. He resolved my problem like his own and I whole hearty recommend this place. Being a veteran I understand what it means being heard and even then he was caring so vets you know to look up for this guy. Great work ?

I just got my new moto 5 g and that young guy Muhammad helped me setup my new device. He was very passionate and helpful while making up my day even though i was in a bad mood. I would love to visit this place again. A 100 percent recommended ?

This location is wonderful and the young guy Muhammad he is awesome. I was really happy by the care and respect he showed to me being an elderly citizen and he was really passionate about what he was doing. I recommend this place for who ever wishes cheap rates and excellent service

Best service offered. I just did a portin from Metro and the young guy named Muhammad literally helped me get all my stuff back and then setup my phone to. I recommend this place a 100%. Service above qnd beyond . Will surely come back
