Almost every time I go to this boost mobile it's never open the lights are on but nobody is there i only been able to pay my phone bills only on 2 occasions worst boost mobile service

Went there to find a case and charger for my nephews phone. There associates where very polite and helpful. They showed me various kinds of cases that fitted the type of phone I was looking for.

My service was disconnected after a representative failed to place me in the $50 a month plan and I was instead charged $3 a day for 15 day. Then when I tried calling in for support the representatives have placed me on long wait times and disconnected the call. This has been going on since 8:30am and it is now 2:30. The boost mobile call center representatives should be placed under investigation by their superiors. Odiously COVID is showing them to treat customers any kind of way and disconnect calls. We pay our money for services there is no way anyone should be treated like this.

Do not Come to this Location. The Owner is not compliant with the 7 day warranty that Boost Mobile offers. Do business elsewhere or online. The phones I received are Defective. I did write BBB+and they contacted corporate but since this is its own private retailer they can not make them do anything. This place gives Boost Mobile a bad name. You can see the review and complaint on BBB+by looking up this boostmobile by address. Look for another retailer.

Do not purchase any phone service from this store. The Owner just wants to take your hard earned money and does not want to take care of customer issues. My warranty is being voided for some odd reason. The 7 day guarantee is being ignored by the boss. I heard him give the employee a hard no when asked for refund or phone exchange. Look up this "Business" on BBB +.It's a scam.

Lilly was very helpful, not only to me but to somebody else that came in. I didn't purchase nothing, but she really did an awesome job to get me to get a phone, will be going back.
