Went over to this location at 3 pm and the door was locked with nobody inside while they're supposed to be open from 10-8! Just wait until somebody throws a brick through the window

If I could give it zero stars I would. Pulled up and there was a lady standing inside hanging all over a guy in there. Turns out she was the employee. Dropped my dad off at the door because he uses a cane and can't walk well due to progressing cancer. Open sign is on and door is unlocked but when he opened it she told him that they were closed and he had to come back at 11am to pay his bill even though it says they open at 10. Very rude. As soon as she saw him walking with a cane she decided she wasn't going to serve him. She stated they all closed early because of the virus but other locations are still open until 8.

THEY ARE NEVER OPEN WHEN THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO BE . LIKE TODAY THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO OPEN AT 10AM . ITS 10:48 AND STILL NOT OPEN . THIS IS A EVERYDAY THING. LIKE THERE EMPLOYEES DO NOT CARE. THEN WHEN YOU TRY TO CALL BOOST MOBILE HEAD QUARTERS THEY WANT TO CHARGE YOU $3.00 TO SPEAK TO A LIVE AGENT. HONESTLY AT THIS POINT IM DONE WITH BOOST FOR LIFE . IM SPENDING MY HARD EARNED MONEY AT A PHONE COMPANY THAT CANT EVEN GET THERE STORES OPEN ON TIME TO ASSIT. WHATEVER NEEDS WE NEED.

Do not go to this store they or racist and they commit fraud. The guy Mohammed harrased me even after the incident when I ran into him at at the grocery store. He lied to me and told me those were Apple AirPods and they weren't and they didn't work. Even before 24 hours. was up after the transaction. They or crooks I had to disrupt this with my bank and they or disrupting even tho I have them on camera and video that I returned the cheap merchandise. Mohammed reassured me these air buds were reliable and not even 24 hours they didn't work and they aren't Apple AirPods these group of guys in this store or hustlers and management supports their fraudulent behavior. I had to contact my bank after 3 weeks to reverse the transaction and they have those knock off Apple AirPods so I plan to contact corporate because they aren't going to keep the merchandise and my money. I plan to file a police report and take them to small claims court if my money isn't returned. The store smells like mold and stinks I was foolish for believing this j**** These people nor does the corporation have any integrity don't shop or go to this store. Go to Sprint Verizon or AT&T. I would not recommend these modern day crooks they mislead and lie. Don't trust anyone at this store. You've been WARNED! BBB - I reported the incident too and the actual owner of the store refunded me my money in cash. I was appreciative and Thankful although with that being said my experience was horrible that I feel they should incorporate professional development courses for staff. I still will never in my life visit this store again.

I was sold a defective phone after being switched out phones and called the girl out being on drugs and she tells me to leave the store. I should of called the cops on her and now I still have a defective phone. I advise everyone to go to Metro!
