Booked a room for my wife's birthday on a Friday night. I selected the Gilded King. Large room for the price, very spacious! Everything looked clean and new. The furniture and bed were ver comfortable. The bathroom had beautiful marble. The only complaint was the tv didn't come out far enough to get a good angle from the bed, but you could still at least watched it.The minibar had a nice selection with snacks. As for the hotel itself, it's very nice inside. The staff is very welcoming, and we saw security walking around more than once. Has a vintage industrial look. Has a nail salon, coffee shop, and bar inside as well. The location is right across the street from the garage, almost with many other choices within walking distance. There's plenty of parking as well, we chose to use the parking garage right beside the hotel for $15 overnight which was clean. There were a few trucks and large SUVs in it too. Valet is $48 for anyone interested.Overall a great experience! Definitely recommend! You can stay the weekend and everything you could want is within walking distance.

Everything about the Bottleworks Hotel was amazing. This used to be the largest Coca Cola Bottling plant in North America. The "garage" part of the district had several restaurants inside, bowling, pinball, and karaoke. The artwork in the hallways was impressive. It was a pleasure to stay here while visiting family. The staff was top notch. Would definitely recommend and will be back for future visits.Rooms: Beautiful and spaciousWalkability: This is a whole district, everything you need right outside the hotel.Food & drinks: Stocked room, room service available

If you're looking for a quiet hotel with a very comfortable bed look no further! If you don't like to walk though this place isn't for you instead of being built up it's built out since it's a old converted Coca Cola bottling factory you hand to walk quite a ways to your room. Very nice, new, clean and oversized hotel. The location is perfect if you're in town for a concert and all the history put into the photography and salvaged during the renovation is nice touch. There was also a nice view from my room. Don't waste your money getting coffee here though, go out or have some delivered. The food I ordered from cluster truck was yummy hot and still good as left overs after the concert.

We truly love the cool, dark elegance & industrial vibe of the Bottleworks Hotel & restaurants. From the dark hallways & bright red doors to the modern room finishes & attention to detail in hospitality, they deliver a special experience. Plus, you've got close proximity to an eclectic mix of fine & casual dining + shops & boutiques or pubs on Mass Ave. The 'Garage' across the street is a spectacular food court with XL sports TVs. There is also a movie theater & duck pin bowling on the opposite side of the street. All in all, a special place!

These photos are of our last visit but we are here again this year and on a new floor so excited to explore again. We brought our friends this time and I I made a request to surprise our friends and they were happy to oblige us.

Super fun wedding venue! Staff was all around very nice. We used valet parking and it cost $25 for the evening. Food and drink options were also great! For the wedding, we were in rooms upstairs but could come down and play pool or grab some drinks. One of the rooms was set up for the ceremony, one for drinks and standing tables, and another for a bar and dance floor. We were able to explore the hotel a bit and it was such a fun location and venue!

We absolutely love this place. They do their best to meet your every need and then some. Wonderful location. We feel safe here. The mini bar is cheaper and more generous than the actual hotel bar though. Lol Beautiful spot. Our dog was welcome too. We had such a good time. I had to take home a bottle of the hotel's signature fragrance. The shower is bigger than my bedroom was growing up. Definitely an experience. Complimentary robes and umbrellas to use. Water fountain in the hall with sparkling water. Bold art and lots of upgrades.Rooms: Beautiful, lots of space. The beds are very firm. Generous with pillows/blankets if you need extra. Fun windows with view on top floor. Huge tvs. A little dusty. Fan didn't work in bathroom.Nearby activities: There's SO MUCH TO DO. Pins is across the way, the VR place is next door along with a nail bar, a spa. High quality coffee houses and bars everywhere! Some double as coffee house bars. We didn't even make it into the Garage across the street but it was busy busy!!Safety: In the block surrounding Bottleworks we felt very safe. Late Thursday night we did walk half a mile toward the circle and heard gunshots very close by. We live in the country and sometimes hear 200 rounds before noon from our neighbors down the way. It's a different feeling hearing 6 rounds up close in the city at 1am. We hightailed it back to the hotel and called it a night.Walkability: There is a ton of stuff to do within walking distance!! Morning time in Indy is BUSTLING. Such a great energy down there.Food & drinks: We didn't try the room service but it all sounded amazing. High quality ingredients. I wish we would have!

A beautiful blend of classic and modern. We chose a modern room, decorated in simple, elegant beauty. Rooms are also available that were designed to reveal the original architecture of this former bottling company. It's a very short walk to tons of restaurants and entertainment. The Garage is across the street, and houses a giant food court in other buildings that were part of the bottling plant. There are many ethnic food choices there, including one I particularly enjoyed featuring Venezuelan quinine.

Absolutely wonderful! The rooms were luxurious and spacious. We were traveling from Illinois for the National FFA Convention. We had 5 girls stay in one room, and it didn't feel crowded at all. The restaurants across the street were very delicious! I loved the bathrooms the most paired with the robes were phenomenal! The valet service was to rave about, shout out to Ricky because he helped us out a ton! The rooms came with large T.V.s that you can connect to via phone and stream platforms like Netflix. Overall, I loved this hotel experience and would totally reccomend!!!!

Absolutely beautiful place! It is a luxury hotel by self proclamation and by price, so I'm a little more critical than I would be of other places. Regardless, I'd likely stay here again, particularly if I could get a good deal. Ultimately, I believe it's the nicest option in this area with easy access to downtown. (Just be sure to get a room with a decent view, not of the trash cans, and get a guarantee they won't be doing construction above you or next to you.)Pros:Location!Spacious floors, halls, and roomsBeautiful modern aesthetic throughoutFast, friendly, efficient front desk staffFancy hand sanitizer dispensers readily available Water and sparkling water dispensers in multiple locations on the floorsValet parking is efficient in and out. Comfortable bedsMore than one trash can in roomBlue tooth speaker in roomBig TVImpressive bathroom Terrific housekeeping Bar service is great. Mini bar is well stocked with drink and snack options. Decent TV lineup Cons:Construction on the room directly above us started at 7 a.m. after our first night's stay and did not stop during the day. (Hammer drills tearing up tile, from the sound of things.) As I told the front desk, we would have stayed somewhere else had we been told in advance. We got a soft apology, but this one is hard to forgive. A large number of rooms have a view of the delivery/trash container areaCannot control room temperature above 75 degrees (75 is a tad chilly for me, particularly when sitting around)It took three interactions with the front desk to find out the fact above, and only was told that when I spoke directly with the maintenance expert. Ice has to be requested and delivered, but delivery is reasonably fast. Self parking options are limited. Bring your own slippers--the floors are clean, but the non-carpet surfaces feel a bit sticky from cleaning solution.

This hotel is INCREDIBLE. The ambience, the room, the service, the comfort- every element is just top notch and so thoughtfully done. We loved our room! We stayed for our anniversary, and they had champagne on ice and a nice dessert for us in our room upon arrival with a note. I’m also breastfeeding and forgot the power adapter for my breast pump, and after calling the front desk to ask if they had one on hand, they immediately sent their electrician to our room to look at what we needed, and he promptly got me the adapter I needed. And he was so kind, as were the front desk workers. We just loved this hotel, and will definitely be back! Also, the coffee shop within the hotel is so great, with awesome coffee and amazing service!

Our stay at Bottleworks was during an difficult time of testing at Riley for my baby. We had the absolute best stay! The staff was amazing, friendly, accommodating. We had to sleep deprive our daughter for a test and the rooms were private enough that we didn’t bother anyone (we think), there was enough space to run around in the room and to walk her around the halls and explore the beauty and history of the building. The access to the garage food hall was great. So many options to eat and activities to do. There was a lovely gentleman that brought amenities to our room at not the best time for us, and he was not bothered at all. I wish I remembered his name, he was so sweet. Bed was super cozy. Shower with rainfall shower head was amazing!!!!! Even when we left, reluctantly, at 545am the gentleman at the front desk was so warm and kind. Will definitely be back for another stay ASAP!

Admittedly, I can't be objective since I grew up in Indy and more than 50 years ago took a grade-school field trip to the Coca Cola bottling plant that is now the Bottleworks Hotel. I waxed nostalgic with the brilliant execution in integrating the historic terrazzo floors and numerous other original features with new luxuries & amenities. The best way I can describe it is luxurious without being 'fussy'. If you are ever spending a night in Indianapolis, you should absolutely make it at the Bottleworks! And while there, it's a less than five minute walk to two casual but outstanding eateries; Bodhi Thai Bistro and Mimi Blue's Meatballs (try their Hoosier classic breaded tenderloin sandwich).Rooms: Elegant, spacious, thoroughly inviting.Nearby activities: "The Garage" right across the street. Quick-serve non-chain eateries, shops, arcade.Safety: Right downtown, but well-lighted and "safe-feeling" immediate area.Walkability: Prodigious & varied food options & convenience store all within a 5-7 minute walk. Famous Monument Circle just a 10 minute walk.
