Our new (formerly stray) cat Arland looks so much better after having a bath. He was a little upset during the bath, but started to doze off during the blow dry (see photo).Also, contrary to what Google has posted, they are open 7 days a week.

Kammie did a great job on my older dog. Other groomers have had trouble with my dog and did not want to handle him. Kammie is willing to work with my dog on a relationship and did a great job on his cut despite him being difficult. Highly recommend this place! Front desk is also friendly & welcoming.

I may be bias because I am their business neighbor next door, but every time I take my dog Dexter there.. they do a fantastic job. Very professional staff, clean, efficient, above and beyond service. They stay busy, so book your appointment online.. you will not be disappointed!

Took my 43lb pit mix in for a nail trim, the tech Camy was very good, with just a bit of patience my gal was all set. Friendly staff returned my call promptly, other techs working in the boutique were friendly too. Reasonable rates as well. Would def recommend.

I'm always anxious taking our dog to a new groomer. She's been groomed since she was a puppy, but we have had one groomer complain about her behavior. So now I always go in a bit apprehensive. We don't need our one dog groomed but brought him in for a nail trim. They were quick and efficient with his hail trim before bringing back our other dog for a full service groom. We got a call a couple hours later saying that she'd done great and was ready for pick-up. She looked amazing and was cut/trimmed exactly how we wanted. We will be bringing them in regularly for nail trims and definitely for a full service groom. They're super responsive and thoughtful!

Such a great experience! I did a ton of research on different grooming salons for my cats first summer shave and found bow wow! I was very nervous about someone grooming my kitty as well. Gretchen was super helpful in explaining her different grooming packages and went into great detail on what she thought would be good for my cats coat. My cat can be finicky with people he doesn't know, and she handled that like a champ and was very patient with us. I would definitely recommend this boutique to anyone!

I gave them 4 stars only because of the reviews I have read,I haven't had no interaction with them ,and I was looking for a groomer and seen where you were not accepting new clients so I changed stars to a 4 not meaning to hit 2 as previously posted.

I’ve been taking all my dogs here for several years. The personalized service from Gretchen is the best, and the low stress environment for the dogs makes it an enjoyable experience for them, and of course the excellent grooming staff. Jessica turns my gremlin shih tzu into an adorable shih tzu every time and tolerates her sass-tastic attitude with grace and my cattle dog always looks sharp after a visit.
