Victor saved Christmas! He was able to get me the items I had been looking to give my girlfriend after a third party vendor delivered them to the wrong place. Thanks Victor!

One of my favorite places to shop. We live sort of far so don't get to do a lot of in store shopping. Today we went in and got plenty of help from Victor, he answered all our questions and was super nice! Even when we decided to leave to think on something and then we came back he helped us get stuff down off the wall to look at.

This place sucks plain and simple. The staff sucks and the product is awful this store refuses to return a broken product that is clearly returnable based on what the receipt says. The greenwood store sold us a defective product t and won’t return it. We went to this store because it’s closer to home and they literally told my wife she is out of luck. We tried to explain the situation but they didn’t care. Anybody at the main office and corporate didn’t care either. Now we’re stuck with an $80.00 bag that’s broken and was broken when the store sold it. Buy elsewhere. I doubt they even donate the money like they claim to do. Clearly a bait and switch. Stay away.

For some reason my kids enjoy shopping at this store. Honestly, i'm not sure why they do. The staff is awful and the products are all overpriced (and that's coming from someone who doesn't normally care about that stuff). There product lineup is always stale/outdated, so again, no clue why my kids drag me into this tiny waste of space.

They are closed due to electrical issues until further notice (paper sign on store enterance said). So my experience was bad. Wouldn't reccomend.

First time in this store today (Aug 20 at roughly 4 pm). Was trying to look at things near the counter. One employee behind the counter was talking to another near me, who was standing in the way of the pin display on the wall. A third employee joined their conversation while I was trying to lean to reach pins. As I struggled to reach a pin without getting in the way of the employee behind me (I'm disabled and prone to falling if I loose my balance) the third person asked if I was finding everything OK. At this point I was anxious because I couldn't reach without leaning farther than what made me comfortable. I said I was fine and put the pin in my hand back. I wanted to buy pins and a jersey, but the employees were so busy talking to each other I just left. I would have understand if they were busy helping people, but one was folding tees and the other two didn't really appear to be doing anything. If I buy from this place, I don’t think I'll go back to this location. I'll probably just shop online since the store is small and crowded and the employees are not very attentive.

We always stop by Box lunch when we are at Castleton, even if most of the time it's just to look at all the unique merch. If you are into any kind of fandom then this is a place you would love. A lot of the employees are also incredibly friendly and fun to chat with. The stock rotates quickly so there's always something new to see.

Love this store and what they do to give back! Friendly and helpful associates. A lot of neat finds for fans of Disney, anime, Harry Potter and other fandoms from clothes to kitchenware to collectibles. They even have adorable baby and kids clothing!

As I endeavor to continue my streak of getting at least one review daily, I'll admit that sometimes I'm having to give serious thought to places that I visit on a regular basis that I simply don't review. While there's no doubt that Yelp has a strong focus on indie and local joints, I think the vast majority of us do have a fondness for certain national retailers. BoxLunch seemed to come out of nowhere for me. I hadn't heard about it the first time I wheeled into the Castleton Square location to check it out. It's difficult to explain the vibe. It's not Spencer Gifts for sure. It's not Hot Topic. It's not ThinkGeek. It's not Disney Store. It's sort of an amalgam of all of them. BoxLunch is located in the main entrance wing of Castleton Square right next to Build-a-Bear. It's a relatively small place, but fairly decently spaced. As a wheelchair user, I can generally maneuver my way around. There's a bit of an exception when it's crowded, though with social distancing these days that's less of an issue. The aisles are definitely wide enough for a wheelchair - they're not always wide enough for a wheelchair AND another customer. BoxLunch is civic minded. With every $10 spent, they donate a meal to Feeding America on behalf of local food bank members. So, you shop their mostly pop-culture themed product offerings and it benefits your community. That's a win-win in my book. They have a wide range of pop-culture ranging from Disney to Harry Potter to Marvel to The Mandalorian to Naruto to Studio Ghibli and quite a few more. There's likely to be some stuff you haven't heard of and probably some stuff old guys like me aren't supposed to admit we enjoy. You can find Funko Pops, t-shirts, sleepwear, clothing, accessories, bags, and more - they have stuff for men, women, and kids. I like BoxLunch. I feel way out of place at Hot Topic. While I like Spencer's incense, generally it gets a bit too edgy for me. ThinkGeek is a pretty cool place for sure, but there's just something about the BoxLunch vibe that I really enjoy. The customer service is always friendly and they nearly always have clearance sales going on. Some prices can definitely be a bit high, but you can generally find gifts across a broad price range.
