High priced rude non speaking nicely or correctly.. barely understands English and i was a loyal customer until they sold bogus products that specifically say not for individual re sale... At that it was damaged broke and didn't even want my money back just wanted to be replaced wouldn't do either.. nasty disposable and rude ....

I live in this area and this gas station is one of the safest around the cameras are always on and the staff is friendly and are pretty quick to send away any trouble. Just make sure you lock your doors and don't leave anything valuable in your car this is brightwood

While pumping gas, the pump splashed back at me. Because this station is 24 hrs (1545 E. 38th Street, Indianapolis), except from 1:50 AM to 2:50 AM, I thought I could go inside to wash my hands. When I arrived at the door, the people inside ignored me, started criticizing me for waiting, and pretended like they couldn't hear me. It was completely disrespectful. I was outside for 10+ minutes before someone from the kitchen staff told me they don't open until 6 AM. You can't have opposing signs on the same door. A store is either 24 hrs or it's not. I'm disabled, and just to be on my feet for an extended time is painful. Also, I believe they just called the police on me while typing this message at the pump. I just needed to wash my hands of this gasoline and report the pump as faulty. There are some horrible people working here. If the store hours changed, it should've been posted, and all other signs should've been taken down.

Excellent custer service always. Very pleasant and professional. The fresh chicken taste delicious as well. They have some of the most cost effective prices for gas on the east side of Indianapolis. Clean environment.

Tried to steal my winning lottery ticket, as if I didn't check and make sure I won on the ticket. Very Shady folks. Had I believed the guy he would've stole my money that I clearly won. Take your winning ticket somewhere else.

The owners are charging their own super high prices on everything in the store. Their charging way more than they're supposed to. Don't shop at this "convenience" store unless you're bying gas.They're cheating the people of Indianapolis.I reported them to the BP corporate office.
