Tried getting gas, and their machine kept going to the rewards program and would not allow me to leave. It took three tries to get it working. This should be easier to get gas.

Word of advice: don’t rush the customers out the line when they are trying to bag their items. Especially if your Apple Pay isn’t working! Have some work etiquette EVEN if you don’t like your African American patrons! Customer service is for EVERYONE! It’s not limited to what group you don’t like!

I used to come here regularly. However, this specific place have some trouble keeping items in good conditions. I recently bought a couple of items and they are not good quality even though they are all best by 2025 or 2026. These Hersheys have the original envelope, but this is how they look when I opened them and they don't taste the same or have the same texture. Money doesn't grow on trees.

I posted this before, but they somehow figured out a way to delete reviews they don't like. I'm going to try again with a modified one. I've lived downtown Indy for most of my adult life. I've watched the good and bad of how it has changed. Nothing in my post is not true or exaggerated.You are a target as soon as you drive onto the parking lot. You can expect one or more people to beg you for money. Recently someone grabbed my hand and wouldn't let go.There is usually someone off the property and to the side leering at customers.In August 2022 3 people shot and 1 dead.If the air for your tires doesn't work they won't refund your money.To the station operator: All you had to do was refund $2 that I lost from your broken equipment, not tell me to call the number on the side of the machine, and this post wouldn't be online.
