4/9 @ 9:15am. This place had no customers. I was able to pull up at drive thru. I was asked to wait, ok no problem. 10 mins later, I drove off. While driving off, I noticed workers on their phones! I’m done!!

Today I went to dinner with my wife and my two babies, we had an unpleasant moment eating my hamburger, I chewed something hard and my tooth broke, I asked for assistance but they didn't help me, they made me wait almost an hour to talk to the manager and they Seeing that we speak Spanish, they did not give us priority, I called my cousin who speaks English to translate and the only solution the manager gave was to refund me 30 dollars and I did not accept it because dental repair is expensive

won’t be coming back. i was appalled with the rudeness and customer service here- it was totally unprovoked. (Woman who was working in the morning on 1/17/24). management needs to be working with staff on sincerity/people skills.

All I'm going to say is I ordered the Ghost Pepper Burger, and it was terrible. The patties looked like they've been sitting for 1+ hours. The employee that took my order had a half smoked cigarette in his ear. So enjoy that thought when you're eating. It was also 19$ for my nephew and I to eat.

I don't normally have problems at this location. I always order through the app. last time I had requested tomato on my cheeseburger and it wasn't there. It's only a problem because y'all charge for the piece of tomato.
