I was waiting almost an hour and they didn't give me what I asked for. I had to go out and lose my money. The employees are too slow, they spend their time just talking to each other. terrible service.

I visited this Burger King location this morning, and it was by far my best experience yet at BK. The staff member working at the register was absolutely spectacular, delivering incredibly professional service.

Ordered the fiery chicken nuggets. I’m Soo disappointed that I drove this far just to get plain nuggets and they just pored the buffalo sauce out of the packets. Soo upsetting.

Look good came out fresh but the only reason was because I was in the drive through and took way longer then it should of and I came inside to order and of course saw them just talking not working holding up the drive through and I order my food and I hear lock them doors so no one can come inside so they can wait but props on fresh food just feel bad for the rest of the costumers who got to wait isn’t the first time sadly

Spend $12 on a basic lunch where you have to fight for someone to take your order in the drive thru because they are busy chatting. Of course they mess up the order so you decide to try and get what you ordered only to fight again for someone to acknowledge you at the counter. You finally make it out and realize they messed up your sandwich too but don't want to deal with it anymore. So you toss your lukewarm burger in the microwave and wonder why you would ever go back to this place.

Best show with a lunch ever. Someone comes in with a supposed screwed up mobile order. No receipt to show and still the crew gave food and ice cream, leaves with food and sends a someone in because the sandwich is sloppy built which can happen when tossed on a table individual was already in bk beforehand had just left before everything began.Best lunch ever crew was awesome ? and my food was great.

If if I could give zero stars I would ? what's a back line cook threaten me on her mama that she would take care of me for wanting my sandwich remade as you can see in the picture was very sloppily made and cold I was attacked for wanting a warm sandwich as I was eating inside

Awful experience with this location. I ordered through the mobile app - I do this to avoid the drive-thru lines. Well when I got to the store, their lobby was closed….at 830 am on a Saturday. So I’m already pretty ticked off because there are seven cars in line. So I wait about 20 minutes only to be told they canceled my order because they didn’t have my item. Thanks for wasting my time.

Came at 8:30 pm in a Friday night and they were closed. Guy at the speaker was so rude, and he was only telling me they were closed. He made it seem like it was my fault or something. What a joke. And reading all the other reviews about this burger King, yikes. They'd be better off shutting this location down lol.
