Okay! My first review was good because my food was good and fresh. But tonight this is ridiculous. Not only do my chicken wraps look like the pic but I paid for a whopper meal and they gave me chicken fries. My left mind told me to check my food when the lady handed it to me and said it was hot and fresh then hurried up and locked the window. Crazzzzzy. Won't be going back.

I stopped by this restaurant just to use the restroom real quick. There was one group in there other than me who had already ordered. I asked for the bathroom key, and a bright red headed older lady grumbled at me, and when I came back and asked for clarification, she slammed her long fingernails on the counter and swung her head around with all the attitude in the world and said “1990#!!!” And even the the customer said, “lady, be nice, she just has to go to the bathroom.”I can’t believe her disrespectful service. With an attitude like that for someone that asked literally nothing from her, she shouldn’t be doing this for a living.

They missed out on an order because the girl didn't know how to make an iced black coffee. Duh, put ice in a cup and add coffee. Went to McDonald's instead. They know how to make it. Have it your way? Yeh, I don't think so.

I JUST LEFT THE DRIVE-THRU FROM THIS PLACE ON ROCKVILLE ROAD. I ASKED THE LADY ABOUT THE...SHE DIDN'T EVEN GIVE ME A CHANCE TO FINISH AS A MATTER A FACT BEFORE SHE EVEN STARTED SPEAKING WHEN I WAS TRYING TO ASK HER A QUESTION IF THE CRISPY CHICKEN PATTY THAT COMES ON THE BACON AND SWISS CHICKEN SANDWICH BE SWAPPED OUT FOR THE SPICY CRISPY CHICKEN PATTY. LIKE I THOUGHT THAT I WAS SPEAKING PLAIN ENGLISH WHEN I WAS ASKING HER IF THEY COULD BE SWAPPED AND SHE KEPT TELLING ME NO THEY CAN'T BECAUSE THE ONLY THING THAT SPICY ON THE SANDWICH OR THEY COULD COMES OR THAT COULD BE SPICY IS SOME KIND OF SAUCE OKAY WHAT WAS THERE THAT COULDN'T BE UNDERSTOOD WITH ME ASKING IF THE PATTIES COULD BE SWAPPED ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. OKAY AND I UNDERSTAND THAT SOME RESTAURANTS DON'T HAVE A BUTTON FOR THAT ON THEIR REGISTERS I HAVE WORKED RESTAURANTS MY ENTIRE LIFE I HAVE WORKED CUSTOMER SERVICE MY ENTIRE LIFE OKAY SINCE I'VE BEEN ABLE TO LEGALLY START WORKING BECAUSE BACK THEN EVEN IF YOU HAD A WORKER'S PERMIT THEY STILL WOULDN'T HIRE YOU SO I'VE BEEN WORKING SINCE I WAS 16 I ALREADY HAVE MY 40 POINTS TO RETIRE IF I NEED TO AND DRAW MY BENEFITS THAT'S HOW MUCH I'VE WORKED AND I'M ONLY 34 YEARS OLD OKAY WELL ANYWAY IF THERE IS A BUTTON PLEASE COMPREHEND WHAT I'M ASKING YOU AND IF THERE'S NOT LEARN CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFER THE SPICY CHICKEN SANDWICH BUT MADE LIKE THE BACON SWISS INSTEAD DON'T JUST SIT THERE AND SAY YOU CAN'T DO SOMETHING WHEN IT'S OBVIOUS THAT IT IS POSSIBLE THERE'S WAYS TO FIX SANDWICHES TO MAKE IT TO WHERE THE CUSTOMER WILL BUY IT BUT NO INSTEAD THEY LOST A SALE YES I GET THE BURGER KING IT'S A MUST HAVE A MILLION DOLLAR COMPANY WHATEVER BUT GUESS WHAT IF YOU KEEP PEOPLE WORKING THERE LIKE THAT THAT BUSINESS RIGHT THERE THAT ONE SPECIFIC BUSINESS WILL GO OUT OF BUSINESS AND GUESS WHAT THEY'RE GOING TO LOSE SEVERAL THOUSAND DOLLARS AND THAT GOES FOR ALL THE BURGER KINGS CUZ IT WILL EVENTUALLY HAPPEN IF THEY KEEP PEOPLE LIKE THAT AND ALL THE BURGER KINGS IF AND I'M PRETTY SURE THERE'S PEOPLE LIKE THAT IN ALL OF THEM AND GUESS WHAT EVENTUALLY HAPPEN THERE WON'T BE A DADGUM BURGER KING ANYMORE AND I WILL BE CONTACTING THE MANAGERS IN THE MORNING NO MATTER HOW BIG OR SMALL THE SALE IS A SALE IS A SALE THAT'S THE COMPANY MAKING MONEY THAT IS CUSTOMERS PAYING FOR YOUR PAYCHECKS

The staff were very friendly and the restaurant was very well kept and clean! When they didn't have what I wanted to order the employee was quick to offer an alternative option and explain why they didn't have what I wanted calmly and nicely. The food was out quickly and it tasted great. Overall great experience ?
