I went to Burlington in Castleton after work today, and the cashier named India was rude. She needs to be trained how to properly treat her customers. She has a bad attitude. If you don’t like your job then find a new one petty little girl!

It has been a long time since I have been shopping at a Burlington Coat Factory, but I needed some luggage, so I figured I would give this location a try to see what they had available. The luggage selection was minimal, but I was able to find a piece of Samonsite luggage that met my needs and wants, so I decided to purchase it. This location is huge being two stories, and they did have a wide variety of products and clothing available. I did not go upstairs to see what is available, so I cannot speak to what is upstairs. When checking out, I went to the cashier and she looked at the price of the luggage. She asked me "Do you really want to pay $94.99 for the luggage?". Of course, I said no and inquired if she could get me a cheaper price. The cashier said they have standard luggage in their system for a much cheaper price, and looked it up for me. It turns out the price of my luggage was $67.98 instead of $94.99! I ended up paying a much cheaper price for a nice piece of Samonsite luggage! It was all due to the cashier and her initiative to check to see if the price was correct and get me a good deal. This shows excellent customer service and professionalism among the cashier. I'm sorry I do not know her name, but she was wonderful and recommend her to be employee of the month. The value you get at Burlington is wonderful. I do not know why I waited so long to come here to shop, because you get great prices and excellent value. The service is wonderful among the staff. Burlington is my new favorite store, and I will definitely be back here to do some shopping. Who knew you could obtain wonderful deals at Burlington? Now I know! This is the best kept secret in Indianapolis.

Haven't been here in years, but I feel like this store represents the down hill decline of Castleton. Piles of trash, clothing all over the floor and under racks, fitting rooms are temporarily permanently closed per staff, one checkout open while 5 wait in line, and all this while management is outside front doors smoking and on his phone. The store has such great potential. Peak season is around the corner and the store is not prepared. Good luck. I won't be back.

This store is completely mismanaged and in shambles. Only had 2 cashier’s working on a Saturday and a line to check out going all the way to the back of the store. Merchandise flung all over the place. Goodwill is cleaner and better presented than this place. Never stepping foot in here again.

I used to spend a few hundred dollars monthly at the Castleton store, enjoying great clothing deals. However, the current disorganization makes it challenging to find specific sizes without checking every rack. Items aren't where the size tags indicate, and checkout lines are excessively long, taking around an hour.

My brother and I did some shopping in Burlington, including a men's perfume. When we got to the car my brother opened the box, which was actually all wrapped in plastic wrap. The indicated perfume was not found inside, it was also empty and had the TJMax label. They didn't want to give me my money back, the manager Stefany implied that we did it. It was the worst experience of my life, I don't speak English very well so I find it difficult to defend myself. The feeling of helplessness is horrible, nobody have never made me feel like this. Finally they gave us our money back, but under many insinuation. I won't go back to that store, but the worst thing is the feeling of not wanting to go nowhere for fear of feeling discriminated against and mistreated.

Only 2 cashiers. Three people came behind the counter and didn't help but one person and walked away.
