I would avoid this establishment. They have consistently made promises in regards to the completetion of collision repair work and have not completed the work over 30 days later. At this point we are considering towing the car somewhere else.

This is the third time I have brought a vehicle here. This time was for a hood dent due to hitting a wild turkey. I dropped my wife’s Jeep off on Monday and they had it repaired and ready for pickup on Wednesday.
It looks good as new! And they completely cleaned the inside and outside of her car!
Super friendly staff and they do a good job of keeping you informed about where they are in the process of repair. I highly recommend Burnside!

Took my 2024 Trax into burnside for damage to my hood from a tree limb falling on it. Not only was the repair done in a timely manner I got my car back and to my surprise the interior had been clean and all my loose items neatly put into my center console. This is the second time I’ve been to burnside and will be coming back for their stellar service! Special thanks to my repair advisor Tiffany Russell who was very nice and kept me informed the whole way! Thank you!

Great service! I can’t recommend this place enough. Caleb ensures that all my needs were met and updated me throughout the repair process. Given the amount of damage on my truck, they were quick with the repair. There were some minor hiccups along the way but overall the experience was great. Hopefully I don’t need to have anymore body repairs done in the future but in the unfortunate event that I do, I will continue to choose Burnside.

Best place to have your vehicle repaired after a car accident. They keep you well informed on the entire process. From the moment that you drop off your vehicle until the day that you pick it up.

Worst experience I've ever had at a body shop. To make a long story short just know that I've seen better paint jobs hanging on the wall inside of a daycare center. Paint bubbles were everywhere!! I also believe they used low quality paint. The fact that they called me to come pick up my vehicle looking worse than when I dropped it off was insane!! They also attempted to gaslight me about some scuff marks that magically appeared on my 5th attempt to pick up my car. (keep in mind on each of my trips to this location we walked around this car 50 x's inspecting it thoroughly due to the previous issues and there were no scuff marks until the final pickup) The "new manager" came out was buffing the scuff marks out as I believe he knew there was no way I would've missed them in my previous trips to this location or the fact that they magically appeared after they took the vehicle back for the final attempt in getting the remaining bubbles out. Just do yourself a favor, avoid this place.

Great company with great employees. We got our vehicle back sooner than original estimated. They updated me every day with the status of the repair to keep me in the loop.
