Service was quick and efficient. The dealership is understanding if you miss an appointment and it's not a fuss to reschedule. Often, for maintenance, you can just come on in without an appointment to drop your car off. Shuttle services provided if you need to get home. Very convenient for me.

Great experience from the first call inquiring about a fresh arrival. They were transparent with pricing and no hidden fees were added from the advertised MSRP price. The car market is crazy right now and I’ve been to several dealerships over the past 6 months. These guys are top notch. *rating is for Sales department as I haven’t been through Service yet.*

Madalyn was our sales associate and she was fantastic! I had ordered a vehicle that was a month out from arriving and she kept me posted every step of the way. Anytime I contacted her she was quick to respond with kindness and patience . When the car arrived she contacted me promptly. Upon our arrival to pick up the car, she had everything ready to make the process as efficient as possible.Our experience with Marie in Finance was also great. She was detailed about the options available to us, but was not pushy and off putting like other experiences we have had with dealerships.We had a wonderful experience at Bill Estes Toyota and highly recommend.

This was the 3rd dealership we called when the check engine light went off the evening before we were planning on a big interstate trip. The service dept was able to give us an appointment within 1.5 hrs of calling!!!! This allowed us to get in and have the car checked and alert light investigated and problem solvedI'm in upstate NY as I write and no problem with the car. Thanks Estes!!

Maddie was great! Didn’t pressure me into buying anything and that made it a much more comfortable experience. Got me a great deal too! Highly recommend her and the rest of the dealershipUpdate: 2 weeks into having the car the tire has been ripped and rim has been chipped despite not hitting anything remotely out of the ordinary

I’m giving a super shoutout and a million gold stars to Jordan and Will for my experience at Bill Estes Toyota.I had a plan and they helped me check all the boxes. I’m in love with my (new to me) Subaru. I stopped in looking for a specific model Toyota. The salesman quickly informed me they didn't have any and had nothing of that sort on the horizon. He didn't attempt to push any available inventory on me and didn't waste my time. I appreciated his candor and would feel comfortable walking in any time.

Had appointment at 1130 for oil change. I called at 11 to verify time, I was told 1130. I arrived around 1125. Told tech I had 1130 appointment. It is now 1240. I went in spoke to my tech Dave, and basically felt brushed off and told to go wait. I will NOT come here again. The reason, I took time to schedule an appointment online was to save time in shop. I read the reviews reason I chose this shop. May have to to with my skin tone but either way, I will not return!!!!

Sami always takes care of me. The inspection is top to bottom. Anything found that needs attention is sent to me via txt and email. I then decided if I want to continue with a repair or delay it. No pressure. Cost estimates are always given with detailed photos. It is by far the best service. Fast, thoughtful and no pressure. I can not think of one item to fault them....

Great customer service, Mike McGinnis was a special standout. He helped both my mother and myself while shopping for an SUV/Crossover for my mom. Gave a very fair offer for the trade in car as well. Highly recommend this dealership.

Brandon Potts! Scott George! We arrived an hour late to our appointment. The crew stayed three hours late to make our purchase complete. Brandon was super knowledgeable about our new Rav 4 and explained everything to us in detail. Scott was a great go between as we live two hours away from the dealership. Go here. Seriously.

Jarod, Michael, and Scott. I need to thank you for your honesty, communication, friendliness, transparency and customer focus. I bought a blue raspberry metallic Honda fit which has 140,000 mi on it. The amount of work that was put into the car to make it ready for sale is unbelievable. This was the easiest car buying process I have ever seen. I had to drive back and forth a few times and it was inconvenient but they were really nice and I didn't mind and it's not even knocking a star off. I didn't see a whole lot of cars in the showroom but I wasn't paying attention. So as far as inventory, I am not sure. The trade evaluation and offer was perfect. The we owe was honored. Thank you gentlemen for making this awesome.
