Have been a customer for years and have always been satisfied. Friendly, efficient and effective. - UPDATE -new management and the service has nosedived. My last oil change and tire rotation they did not reset the notifications, they did not properly inflate the tires after the rotation. Very sad to see this sloppiness.

I had the sliding door fixed and need to unlock manually which is ok. problem i have to try to unlock it several times before the door will open. could I bring it by Friday and see if it can be adjusted?

This truck repair was the stuff of nightmares but Mike and his team came through. 7-weeks, multiple calls and emails to an obstinate warranty company, and one ridiculously busted Ecoboost F150 (don’t ever buy an Ecoboost!!)
The whole process of getting this truck repaired was rough. There were delays I didn’t think should have been delays and questions about costs, but I have to hand it to this shop: when everything washed out at the end, I felt like they genuinely had my back and wanted to make sure I was a satisfied customer. I’m sure they’ll do the same for anyone else who takes their vehicle to them.
