The mechanic never did a through diagnosis on the problem. Seen one thing and assumed what the issue was and never realized the actual problem. Had to take my car to the dealership to get it fixed.

They made an appointment for me for the following day at 2PM. They didn't finish me up until 3:30. It was only an oil change on the most popular car in the US. Come on now!

Only place I've gone to for oil changes. Overall they provide great service. Recently went there for a tire issue and they fixed it fast and didn't overcharge. Also recently they fixed my wife's brakes and treated her well!

We have been coming to this location for years. Everyone has always been very nice. When we have had issues with our vehicles the technicians have explained what needs to be done without talking down to me or making me feel like I should know everything. I also am gratful that I receive a detailed estimate, before they do any work.

After having a bad experience at another local car repair shop I decided to go to Car-X to get my oil change and brakes taken care of. I didn't have an appointment and I went in on a Monday at 10:00 a.m. and by 12:15 I was happy and out the door. They had diagnosed the problem that I was having and were able to quote me a fair price and get the job done within just a couple of hours. The waiting room is comfortable enough and the staff is friendly. I went to Car-X a couple months ago and had some repairs done on another one of my Nissan's. For a shop that you can just walk in and get the work done I feel like their prices are fair. They always have coupons circulating out there and you can even get coupons off their website. Thank you Car-X for giving me a good deal and not taking advantage of me like some women fear could happen at auto repair shops. They even gave me a military discount!

Longtime customers, we'd been ready to look elsewhere but things have really turned around recently. The new manager is great! He's taken a personal interest in quality service, not just with my vehicle but I've heard him do it with others too. I'm glad to have my neighborhood shop back, and relieved to hear Richard and Daniel remain on staff. They're the heart of that shop, knowledgeable and professional, the kind of guys who not only tell you what's wrong but also help you prioritize, if necessary, and symptoms to be alert for. And they never try to upsell or recommend irre.

Friendly employees overall. Came in for a Prepurchase inspection with a full report but I left with basically a suggestion to check transmission somewhere else after a test drive. Didn't ask me for money but I feel like I wasted my entire afternoon!

I have to be honest here , the customer service was GREAT the timing on the job was really fast (they told me 20 minutes and it was 15 minutes) plus they had people who they finished prior to me that had me thinking I’ll be there for a long time. But very fast at every customer I seen there. Gave me great references on future things I could do for my vehicle and price was good. Definitely would recommend and have recommended them to other people

I had a rather frustrating experience on Wednesday, 9/27, when I took my 2010 Chevy Malibu to this auto shop. The main reason for my visit was a check engine light that I was told was a camshaft position sensor that had went out and had been causing me concern. To get to the bottom of it, I shelled out a whopping $115 for a diagnostic. However, the outcome left me far from pleased.Upon returning to the shop to pick up my car, I asked about the diagnostic results, hoping for a clear answer to the issue. The guy at the front desk, with a somewhat nonchalant attitude, casually mentioned that it was just "history codes" and that they had been cleared. At first, this seemed like a sigh of relief, but my optimism was short-lived.As I stood there waiting for the return of my car, a mechanic entered the scene, almost surreptitiously, clutching our car keys. He leaned in and discreetly informed the boss man, "the engine light came back on," before walking away, leaving us bewildered and with more questions than answers.When I turned to the front desk manager for an explanation or a resolution, I was met with dismissiveness. He simply brushed off the recurring issue, suggesting it was "probably an exhaust leak." There was no offer to redo the diagnostic, despite the fact that I had just paid for it.So here I am, back at square one, with the dreaded check engine light still on. What's worse, I had parted with my hard-earned money without a clear understanding of what was genuinely wrong with my car. This experience left me not only frustrated but also feeling like I had been taken advantage of, with no real solution in sight. It was a disappointing and disheartening day, to say the least.
