I tried to establish a pick up a day early when the product was at terminal they would not let me come and get it. I had to wait another day or two for delivery. I have a business. I could've used a part for my machinery. They would not let me pick it up not very good customer service. I will never use him again.

They mess up your check and you have to wait for Months to get your backpay, they don't wanna pay you for your PTO, they lie about everything, very dirty environment, rude loud & obnoxious workers, super horrible equipment, the trailers always have fallen over & broken pallets IF ANY, the managers are Literally..dyslexic and epileptic, tooo many problems & trouble everyday, favoritism, no consistency, you take the blame for somebody elses mistakes, and overtime starts after you've worked 55 HOURS. A fraudulent place that wants you to follow guidelines That they Don't Follow Themselves. A young worker was leaving the worksite, got caught with a pistol in his pants in the parking lot, and they didn't do anything. But don't leave the premises or you'll get fired for "stealing time". What's ironic is their main guy they trust so much (Mike) is stealing time by not clocking out for lunch AND stealing merchadise EveryDay. Absolutely the WORST job I've ever had in my whole entire Life. Do Yourself A Favor; Don't Go THERE!

Fraudulent business. This is as slimy as it gets. 2 day delivery has turned into a month long process. I call everyday and nothing is done. This company is a fraudulent business that should never be used for any shipments. Had to file a police report for stolen goods.

Fraudulent business, avoid at all costs. These people could not be more dishonest, scummy, and horrible. a two-day shipment was paid for...over a month later and they will not answer phones or deliver. I had to file a police report for stolen goods.

The place recently had all the weeds mowed down they're painting it. Some general constructions going on to make the place look better lots of adequate parking. The new manager seems nice.

The terminal on West Morris Street here in Indianapolis has the worst customer service and drivers in the whole industry. Our business has been here on West Washington Street for almost 80 years and all of a sudden they say our street is too narrow to make pickups. We schedule pickups and two hours past our close time we see no truck or get any calls letting us know they aren't coming. Spoke with customer service today and requested a manager and she called the terminal on West Morris Street and told them they could pull up in our front parking lot off Washington Street so they wouldn't have to pull down the side street and he said he couldn't do that either. We get semi's in here every day as well as the business across the street no problem, but the sorry excuse for drivers Central Transport hires can't! I'm advising all our customers to stop using Central Transport and we will never use them again. Amazing this company stays in business!!

WELP IN SHORT MY EXPERIENCE THERE WAS LIKE MASTERBATING with a cheese grater slightly amusing yet mostly painful!! Smh 50 I walk right back in on Monday any takers ?????? If I choose too hey yall created the monster remember cuz I sure do very very clearly !!
