On 3/10 around 7pm my girlfriend and I went into Champs in hopes to get a pair of white Nike Air Force high tops. We found them. Waited for someone to help us, but I went to find someone. He said be with you in a moment. I thought he was helping another customer, but he went to front to talk to another associate. We stood there for about 10 mins while he chatted with his coworker. We dropped the shoe and left. It was the worst customer service ever.

I purchased some shoes from this location recently only to find out that an accent piece was missing from the shoe itself. After contacting one of the managers named “SAL” I was promised that not only would I be informed but that they would be able to ship me out the accent piece due to me living 2-3 hours away. After being ignored, I called only to find out from “SAL” that he would not be able to ship out the accent piece. I am an employee for kids footlocker and this is highly unacceptable! When a customer of any sort buys a shoe, you are supposed to check left and right and make sure every piece that came with the shoe is within the box. Do your job right or don’t do it at all.

Employees could do a better job of greeting the customers. But my son likes to buy shoes and socks at this location and we always get great deals. Nice variety of Jordan and Nike apparel and shoe selection is nice. Once the customer service is all the way on point this location could get 5 stars ⭐️

I wish I could give the Castleton location a zero. Everytime I enter this store with my boys (20 and 17) we are ignored. There are 20 young kids working, but on their cell phones. I have to find someone to get a shoe, no offer for assistance. Christmas Eve I stood ALONE at the checkout while 2 female employees stood at their registers and never once offered to check me out. I finally had to ask "Are you ready?" I spent $400 in that trip alone. I've already dealt with the district manager which resulted in a $25 gift card and no change in behavior. If my boys weren't so in love with their stock I would NEVER GO BACK.

Came to pick up my shoes that i already paid for and the store is not open. Gotta be to work in an hour amd of course it's not open. The employees are here but they are waiting outside the door as well. Bs..
