Love my advisors at Schwab. My investments have grown more than the market. I can tell my advisor puts a lot of thought into my portfolio. I would highly recommend this Schwab office!

Husam Boraby is the worst advisor. He puts you on hold for hours on end while he talks to, texts his wife (1of 4 in 8 years) .When he works from home he’s never working. He uses the older clients but try him with new ones and he will fail. We will never use Charles Schwab and half the time if you check his phone and email, he’s not even working. This would not fly in New Yok or DC, or any firms that want to acquire new clients.That’s why clients are leaving like flies. He’s a one star and if I could give him zero I would. Monitor his lunch, bathroom breaks, and number of texts he sends per day personally from his phone. MWhat has he ever monetarily.I.e how many clients in almost ten years has he brought to the Firm? I also know things about what his bosses have done in their private life. I’m an attorney now and see how unethical he is. And, he’s never professed …sorry…costs the firm millions a year

More than a million dollars with this firm, and they won't even answer the branch phone. I always have to DRIVE over there, and even then there is often nobody at the front desk. This company is nothing but a bunch of empty suits.

They deserve "no stars". They are pre-screening clients without mentioning the "dollar amount bar" before they will take your money into an account. Amazingly bad and I had to ask if they wanted my Business and I have two larger sized IRAs to invest. Try another branch because this one is too close to the Northside or just go somewhere else.

After a rather disappointing experience at Fidelity, I went across the street to Charles Schwab and had a wonderful experience with Andrew. He greeted me right away, offered me something to drink and he spent ample time explaining the website, my account and investing options. If this is how the relationship starts, I'm excited to see how they handle my investments.

Have been almost run over In the parking lot by employees several times. The posted speed limit is 15 mph but the employees here do not follow this. One employee saw me and still came inches from running over my foot. If you are elderly or disabled definitely avoid this place because it is dangerous.

I could not have been more disappointed. Unless you have more than $250,000 to invest and announce it in the voice mail you will have to leave, they not only will not help you but will not return your call. If they return a second call from you, it will be to tell you that your only recourse in getting assistance or advice is to call a 1-800 number for a call center (where you find help in logging into an online account and figure out how to invest on your own).

My wife and I've done business with both Schwab & Vanguard for many years. But several years ago we consolidated most of our investments with Vanguard. We did this and don't regret it because of all the problems we've had at Schwab. At times we haven't been able to get them resolved by calling customer service. So we've talked to one of the financial advisers at one of the local Schwab offices. Most times we've been disappointed/frustrated with their lack of service/caring. This just happen with a problem we've been trying to get fixed for about 8 weeks.

I have talked to at least three other Charles Schwab associates today and no one handled my call as well as Shaun Samuels, Associate Financial Service Professional. He is fantastic and a great listener. I was having a minor panic attack regarding my account, and he had the patience to look into my issue further than the prior associates I have talked to. I actually got off the phone call feeling more at ease and less stressed. Additionally, he was the only associate who provided his email and contact information if I wanted to follow up. This was amazing because it is beyond frustrating having to repeat a situation over and over to different associates. Thanks again, I hope the company sends me a survey so you can get the recognition you deserve!
