Came in to open 3 accounts. Lady was on her personal phone and just told us that they close in 40 minutes and she didn’t have time to help us. Been banking here for 25 years. Looks like I have to change banks.

This location is not reliable. There are no bank tellers, and the ATM’s they do have, are never working. Do better Chase Bank!

Chase Bank should be ashamed at closing all the neighborhood branches. I guess if you're not rich you don't need access to what you don't have. Absolutely insulting. She should be ashamed.

And they shouldn’t even get 1 star I have been banking with chase for over 10 years and the fact I have been to several branches and know one has any bankers to open a business account is so terribleI’m sorry but I will be closing my checking and saving and go back to Forum

Although this bank has no actual tellers and many bad reviews, I needed to come in and sit down with someone to handle my fraudulent charges. Dwayne (so sorry if that’s misspelled) was very polite and helped me immediately. Happy I came here and thank you for your kind customer service and trying to solve my issue!

I wanted to register to vote and needed some address verification for the DMV. I went to my bank on W 56 and was helped by Kristin Metzel and I was able to register. Thanks again.

Garbage Bank!!! No service for customers. I saw several elderly people struggling to get out their cars to enter this bank branch, only to pull the door handle that's locked.No notification to inform their LOYAL CUSTOMERS.I will be shutting down my accounts with Chase immediately. I needed to withdraw money today but I was disappointed to have to go to two other branches...that's NOT OPEN.Everyone should close there account if this bank cannot provide accessibility.

This is NOT a bank, this is an ATM inside of a building. There are no tellers and they cannot do anything except show you how to use an ATM as if you're the dumbest person they've ever met. Don't try to tell them you know what you're doing, because they will tell you, to your face, that you do not know how to use an ATM or the payment app you've been using every day for the past 4 years.

This branch always has an excuse for not being able to help customers. It’s always like they’re short staffed, someone had to go home because they were sick, someone doesn’t have the credentials to do what I need done, or my favorite, they were closing the “registers” before closing hours. I will never go back to this branch ever again it is a useless branch to do any transactions.

Tried to take care of a check issue, they assured me it was taken care of and it was not. When I tried to call them, they did not answer the phone, and no way to leave a message. Very poor customer relations at Many chase banks!

sat and waited for over 20 minutes while one worker chatted about Netflix shows in front of the people waiting not helping anyone and another just asked what people needed and went back to their desk...not happy won’t be back

Like all of the other recent reviews, I too am disappointed by this bank location. The lack of tellers means there are certain tasks that I can't do at this location. I spent half my lunch break here yesterday downloading apps because one of the gentlemen inside insisted I could use the ATM with my phone if I didn't have my debit card. Turns out, I couldn't with my phone. It's slightly too outdated.Honestly one of the worst Chase experiences I've had in the 10 years I've been banking with them. Let's hope the company learns from their mistakes and doesn't turn more locations into this teller-less waste of a building. Might as well be just the rows of ATMs.
