Customer service isn’t that great as well as they don’t ask questions when doing a business deposit/transaction just typically assume what you want then get an attitude about it. Never fails with this location

We really like the people here but chase makes it so hard to get a hold of them! Gone are the days when you could call a place of business and speak to a person. It's automated and stupid. And then it doesn't register when you press the buttons it promote you to press. It says "to speak to a representative press 5." If you don't press it in the right window of time, the robot gets confused. It's like a little game of jeopardy where the contestants have to buzz in by guessing when trebek's voice would finish the question. How fun!Then when it doesn't register, it says "I'm sorry YOUR having trouble" instead of "sorry I'm making this more annoying by being a stupid robot." Then once you get it to understand you want option 5, it tries to again get out of that option by guessing why you're calling and telling you stuff you don't care to hear. After that it says "if you STILL want to talk to a representative, press zero." More fun!

Just went to get something notarized. The notary was in a meeting with one other staff member in the glass walled office. I was told to wait 15 minutes. 30 minutes later after still not being seen I left. Maybe they were talking about how to improve their customer service reviews

Outside atm never accepts cash. Atm was put in without water prevention, corporate cutting corners. Would be nice if this bank had working atms since it's in the only one within a few miles of the others. Closest one is downtown where some homeless people wait in the alley. Chase do better.

Went to the chase bank at 8910 us 31 s to buy change and they refused to sell me CHANGE because I didn't have an account there? WTF ...you are a BANK!!

ATM works every single time for me. I also prefer to walk inside. There is always a person to greet you and pre-Covid they had coffee station. Branch managers and tellers are friendly and remember you by name (which is really amazing).

I’ve had awesome service here. Nick is the man! I do all my banking with chase at this branch now because of how helpful Nick is. He has setup and/or helped with managing a few different business accounts for me and several personal accounts for my family and friends. In fact, I have an appointment with him tomorrow to add some signers to our ministry account and help a friend open a business account with them.

Unfortunately they removed the atm making it much more inconvenient to be a customer not sure how much longer they will be with out a atm but the lines are always long but the employees were very helpful
